I picked up this 1911 several months ago. It's been a fantastic gun. I've never had any malfunctions, even during the first 500 rounds I sent through it. It's been rock solid since I've had it. I've carried it, it's ridden in my truck and it has a place in my police unit when I'm at work. At the time I purchased it, Bud's was offering it at an outstanding low price and shipping was fast as usual. Thanks for another great weapon Bud's!

This review has been over a year in the making... but simply put, I love this gun. Weight is pretty even, the fit is tight, and it goes BANG! its not fancy, but it sure as hell shoots straight and I feel like I can shoot this gun and not worry about scratching it.

This gun was a realistic GI style with a few updates. Accuracy of mine was better than I expect from a GI. About 3" at 15 yds if I remember right. Had rare FTF's. Those seemed to go away over time. Fit was pretty good, but there was a fair amount of internal and external rough machining. Ok for the money, but I wanted nicer.
