I absolutely love this pistol. The finish is awesome and the birds eye grip is really comfortable. It shot point of aim and with some load tweeking should really turn into a tack driver. The only negative I have is the trigger has a small amount of rough creep. That too should smooth out though after a thousand or so rounds. Overall I highly recommend the Thunderer in 45LC, especially at Bud's price. It can't be beat.

The Thunderer is a quality piece of art in my opinion. This one has the old style screw-retained cylinder pin and beautiful case hardening color on frame, hammer, and loading gate. I actually like these Cimarron/Ubertis better than the Piettas and Ruger Vaqueros I've owned over the years.

I've been wanting a .45LC Thunderer from Cimarron for years now and was extremely happy when Buds got these back in stock. The gun shoots every bit as good as the first one I shot, and looks amazing. Buds could do better to have some pics of this pistol, but I got exactly what I wanted. This is the base Thunderer, with Standard Blue finish and smooth Walnut Birds Head grip. The price can't be beat, and I even have a friend who owns a gun shop in town.
