What a BARGAIN / VALUE MEAL!! The guys at my local shop where it was delivered could not believe how solid and good it felt in their hands....more so with the price! I bought it when it was around $300 even. I was able to order the 3 pak extra mags from EAA....Eats the Cheap Stuff and I've put some of the more powerful stuff ( P) and no issues whatsoever. Went shooting with my neighbor and his 1911 and we were pretty much even at the range. He actually said to me that mine felt like a better version of his (it is in fact based on the 1911/ CZ architecture). He was jealous cause he had to pay about 60% more for his ammo tan my 9mm (of course, his makes a bigger hole for self-defense). This platform is pretty much similar as to what EAA uses for the 40 and the 10mm so therefore in the less powerful 9mm should last you for a very long time. The only thing I would improve would be the paintjob/coatings, but then again that would probably raise the price.

I'm truly impressed. I was reluctant to buy it at such a low price point. "You get what you pay for kept rattling in my head". For a price point under $400 shipped, I wasn't expecting this much value for the money. The dots on the sights are big enough and easy to see. The lockup on this pistol is very good. Almost no side to side slop on the slide, and it has very positive lock up on the controls. The trigger pull in DA is long, but smooth. And in single action it breaks crisp and is very predictable. The curved trigger is comfortable as well. The grip fits my hand well and seems to point naturally. I got to take mine out for the first time and ran a couple hundred rounds through it without a hiccup. The more I shot it, the better it seemed to shoot. I was using 115 grn target/range ammo and I was pulling in 1" groups at 20 ft without making any adjustments at all. The recoil is on par with one of my $1000 Sig 226s which I would consider low. (not to say this is a $1000 pistol for a $300+ price because it's not) As a matter of fact, after a real close inspection, the mags look very similar to the 226s, so I said what the heck. The Sig mags do work and cycle with no problems on my pistol. (May or may not on yours). But they do NOT hold the slide open on the last shot. The mag that came with the pistol actually holds 17 rounds. I am going to try one of Mec Gars's +2 extensions on it to see if that works as well. (I will update later) Over all I will give the gun a 5 star rating despite the fact it only comes with 1 mag. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase this one again knowing what I know first hand.

First off, Buds was easy to deal with, product arrived quickly and just as described. The gun is pretty nice for the money. I got it when it was still around 300 not the current price of 355, but a good deal at either price really. This is a full size 9mm and has some heft to it even if it's polymer framed. Replacement magazines are available and can be gotten for 25 bucks a piece from EAA Corp's website. These are P-S models which means they are small frame and take the 101900 part number, 16round magazines. The gun is made in Italy by Tanfaglio and imported to the US by EAA as the witness. It is a somewhat improved (in some opinions) copy of the CZ-75 line of pistols. It is very accurate and is easy to shoot. Because it is a P-S model it can not accept all calibers as at least one other reviewer suggested. It is an easy swap to .40 and 22lr though, just change out the slide/barrel and magazine and you can have three different calibers from one frame. Although it is a polymer framed weapon, it really isn't much lighter than a comparable sized steel frame gun, so I wouldn't consider it ideal for CC, however, it will function great as a home defense weapon and with the rail a light and/or laser will work great on it. For the money this gun can not be beat.

First off this was my first purchase from Bud's, easy as pie. My firearms were shipped super fast, kuddos. I shot the EAA Witness polymer today, I was very impressed. Gun was very accurate, with a smooth crisp SA trigger pull, no problems to speak of. I do wish it was easier to find a magazine for it sinceit only came with one.
