Great pistol for plinking

The Pros: This pistol feels good in the hand. It\'s heft gives the appearance of reasonable quality. It is half the price of other sub-compact .22 semi-autos I could find. Buds delivered quickly, as usual, and I bought the lifetime warranty, so I am confident that Bud\'s will resolve my problem with the pistol. The Cons: The Hammer broke apart on my first trip to the range after firing 150 rounds of bulk .22 ammo. There are many plastic internal parts. The recoil spring has no guide rod to speak of (just a 3/8\" stub that holds it on one end). This makes it tricky to re-assemble the pistol. You have to keep pressure on the spring with your finger while you press the barrel housing down into place.

Perfect gun for plinking. Tried almost 300rounds out of the box From 3 different brands and only had one FTE. Perfect gun for the price!

Failed to chamber a round 30 out of 100 rounds. Out of 100 rounds ( including those re-used) 15 failed to extract when fired, or stove-piped and caused a malfunction. The pistol cannot be fired without the magazine inserted. The pistol reminds me of an old \"Jennings 22\", but does not work as well. I could not in good conscious recommend this as \"self-defense firearm\". Maybe if you tied a string to it, and swung it really hard? One could use it as \"slug-shot\" ( a weight on a string, but not a sling-shot) Just a waste of my money. Maybe I got a bad one?
