This little gun is a handful in 9mm so be prepared to hang on when you fire it. With practice you can get reasonable accuracy out of it but in reality this is a close up defensive weapon. Can\'t beat the price at Bud\'s and a forever warranty from Cobra makes it even better.

This gun wouldn\'t rate a 5 if it cost several hundred$ but at the price it does. Yes it kicks and the pull is stiff but it should be on an exposed trigger design. This is an up-close defense weapon not a target pistol. It works and no complaints about fit and finish. The black powder coat looks good (only time will tell if it holds up) while the shiny parts such as hammer and trigger are more like the finish on a wrench from Harbor Freight than a watch from Tiffany\'s. But completely acceptable \"for the price.\" Also you need to use good brass-case ammo. Use cheap steel-case ammo and you may need a cleaning rod to push the casings out. But overall a real bargain that goes bang every time. There are lighter and more high-tech pistols that have more firepower, sure, but It\'s still hard to beat the simplicity and comfortable CC shape of the old-timey derringer design. All-in-all a great buy from Bud\'s.

Nice looking piece for the price, however I would not use this as a defense weapon. It\'s easy to conceal, but the trigger is so tight and hard to press. I\'ve tried using a number of times for a quick response from close range (5-10 feet), and found it too hard to fire. You might be able to reload another piece for backup before you\'re able to fire this derringer. I will be calling the manufacturer to see if there is any relief for the amount of pull necessary to trigger and fire this 9mm. Definitely not for the weak or small hands.

Decent gun for the money. Has a very limited range of accuracy (5-10ft). good personal defense gun.

After recieving this weapon I am very pleased. It took a couple minutes to figure out how it works. Make sure it is HALF cocked when loading or it will fire, (I was very nervous during the 1st loading). After firing off a box of 50 I am very comfortable with this weapon. I was not looking for great accuracy since this is a Derringer but was pleasently suprised at 30+ yards. I hit the Zombie with each pull of the trigger. Grouping was not a factor to me since I kept hitting all over the target. I DEFINITLY recommend this 9mm. You can also go to Cobra's website to order the extra barrels,(4 barrels), for about the same price of this weapon.
