Dealing with Buds, as usual, was painless (this is my third transaction with Buds, and won\'t be the last). Pistol arrived after check cleared. Fit and finish looks great, much better than I expected on a pistol at this price point. Small, integrated ramp style front site with classic GI style rear sites. Came with one Meggar magazine, and a pretty nice padded plastic case. Not thrilled with the grips (cheap wood grips with cheap finish), but at this price, not a problem. I planned on replacing the grips when I decided to buy it. Take down is 100% classic 1911. I haven\'t been to the range yet, but plan to get there this weekend and put a few rounds through it. Comment from my FFL: He is basically anti-Turkish guns - he said they use inferior metals, and he doesn\'t expect it to have a long \"life\". He also said that he doesn\'t think it is as mil-spec as they claim, and I will have problems getting any parts for it. We shall see.

This Tisas 1911 has turned out to be my favorite handgun. It is really a well made gun, tight action, good looking and straight shooting. I have to say I was not expecting this kind of quality for 400 bucks. The only imperfection was a gouge on the walnut grip. This is my third purchase from Buds. Buds price couldn't be beat and their shipping was light'ning fast. THANKS BUDS! Already looking at my next purchase.

This was my first order over through buds gin shop. I have to say that I am nothing but impressed with how fast the order was processed and shipped. It only took 3 days to get to my ffl dealer. As for the weapon itself, absolutely incredible. When I first received this weapon it came in it's own carrying case with a soft towel covering it. Also included inside of the box was a brush and cleaning rod for the pistol. I disassembled it following the instructions that were also included. I was very impressed by the amount paid for it of how well it was manufactured. I couldn't find any machining marks anywhere on it. I cleaned it up using the bush and rod that were supplied. It had a slight amount of carbon inside of it but that was to be expected because it is test fired as part of the quality control that the company has. The weight feels great. I believe appropriate for a weapon of it's size. The black on black sights take a moment to try and get aligned. I remedied this by using white nail polish on the front sight. It definitely made it a lot easier to get proper sight alignment along with sight picture. Now it I was time to go shooting. I used federal 230 grain fmj. I put 100 rounds through the gun without having any malfunction of any sort. There were no jams ftf fte or anything. The recoil was about what you would expect from a 45. The accuracy was spot on. I had a 3 inch grouping at 25 yards as soon as I started getting comfortable and used to it. In the end I am nothing but impressed with everything. I'm impressed that I got a 1911 at a steal at 400. The fact that the quality is easily competitive with the 600 to 700 dollar guns is nice too. I'm very impressed with buds gun shop and their team. The order speed and shipping were so much faster than expected. You guys earned yourselves another loyal customer who will be buying again soon. Thanks buds.

First thing is service from Bud's was outstanding and shipping was very fast. First order from Bud's and I will DEFINITELY use them in the future. This firearm is very well made. I had seen one that a friend bought that was slightly modified (Trigger and Grips). After looking around a bit at much more expensive 1911's and comparing I bought the TISAS TZM11BL. I am impressed enough that I am going to buy a second one. The upper and lowers fit together very snug. Tolerances are very good, especially at this price point, even for a more expensive 1911. Action is firm and smooth and should get better over time. Trigger pull feels good to me but is easily modified if needed. This pistol has some weight to it (as it should) and is definitely well made. Walnut gripes feel good and look good. Sites appear well made and in proper condition. There are no jagged edges or machine markings that I can see. I am very impressed so far. In a nutshell here are my thoughts: If I were comparing this to cars this would be like buying a Corvette at a Chevette price. Is it a Z06 or a Cosworth? No, but it is still a Corvette and worth every penny.

Shipping was fast! Overall the 1911 is WAY better than expected. The finish is flawless. The picture doesn't do it justice. The action is really smooth and really tight. Don't let the price fool you, this is a quality pistol. If you want to get into a 1911 without spending big money, this is the one. At this price, you wont be disappointed.

Can\'t go wrong with this budget friendly 1911. I find myself blasting away with this one versus my way more expensive 1911\'s. The only hiccup I have had is the factory mag failed to chamber the last round. (left it in the mag with slide locked back) I just use better mags and problem solved. If anyone reading this is on the fence about the Tisas don\'t be you\'ll be impressed.
