Wow, wow, and wow again !! A little of my history with the 1911...
My first experience with the 1911 was with a Lama. I would borrow that Lama from a friend and go to the range. I liked that pistol, although it did introduce me to hammer bite!
Then I purchased a 1911 from Springfield and competed in IPSC. The 1911 with it's single action trigger, perfect grip angle, thin body and instinctive point-aiming just can not be beat.
When I first heard about the Zig M from Tisas I wanted one! Over the past 23 years I have watched the price of firearms go up and up, I always wondered why we didn't have less expensive, decent quality firearms?
I realize there are many less expensive options on the market for firearms, Hi-Point, Kel Tec, RIA, to name a few and of course Tisas.
I got the pistol today and took it directly to the range. GREAT pistol. Works exactly like a 1911 should. I would HIGHLY recommend this pistol to any person thinking of buying their first 1911 or anyone who just wants a 1911 for their collection.
Always remember, this is a 1911 and so that is exactly how if fires and feels. If you want that light weight, lower recoil and different controls then go buy a Glock or S&W M&P.
This my fellow gun lovers is a 1911A1 which set the standard for automatic pistol for over 100 years!
I would also like to mention that this is my first online firearm transaction, thus my first transaction from Buds. 100% on both accounts. Thank you Buds.
