This was my first purchase from buds and I couldn't be happier. The shipping was quick, the ffl transfer was quick and painless, and the gun is amazing. The gun itself shoots extremely accurate, however it's a little on the heavy side, and a free floating barrel would make it that much better. Those are easy upgrades though especially when considering buds is selling this gun for almost 200 bucks cheaper than most other dealers!!

bought this rifle on Friday and received in 6 days later. Buds was awesome and offered the lowest price I could find. The rifle its self is amazing. Its only my second rifle, but after 4 times to the range I am putting most rounds through the same hole at 50 yards. Now its time to move it back to 100. The rifle performs excellently and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase.

I bought this rifle in hopes of building a long range target rifle. I was amazed at the accuracy right out of the box. I ran the Tubb Final Finish system through the barrel and it got even better. The stock is a little flimsy, so make sure it doesn't touch the barrel when useing a forend rest. I was so happy I kept the original barrel and added a new stock, bi-pod and monopod alond with a Vortex scope mounted on a picatinny rail. Even though I shoot single shot, I have tried the magazine and have not had any feeding problems. The rifle has fire a 3 shot group of .38 inch at 225 yards which equates to 0.17 MOA with 168gr BTHP over 44.0gr of Varget. Besides the Tubb Final Finish, the only other thing I did to the rifle was to lap the locking lugs on the bolt and replaced the firing pin with a speed lock firing pin. It's excellent out of the box and has even the potential if you want something more.

Great rifle for a great price. Albeit last march 2011 it was $29 cheaper. (inflation the hidden tax) Burris rings, EGW HD picatinny mount, Bushnell Elite 4200 (3X9), buttstock cheek/ammo pouch, Harris bi-pod. My first time shooting and setting up a bolt action rifle. Very accurate set up, winchester white box 7.62, 150 gr. Really like the 20 inch barrel, more maneuverable. Of course you can upgrade the trigger and bed the stock, heck even mod it for removable magazines, but with .308 ammo costing near $1 per round, even for winchester white box....Outrageous! Very satisfied. Great rifle for Hunting, Zombies, target practice, it does it all.

I'll start by saying I never leave reviews on anything. However, this gun compels me to do so. For the money this rifle is nothing short of incredible. My first 15 rounds at 100yds (after 5 rounds to site in) were all sub moa groups. Keep in mind I still consider myself a novice shooter, having shot less than 300 rifle rounds in all. I free floated the barrel using shims after the frontend screw to correct the flexing of the hogue stock contacting the barrel. The trigger isn't bad, I'll probably still end up putting another trigger on it (Jewell or timney). All in all if your looking for out of the box accuracy. you've found it. Hope this helps.
