Was on sale...bought and installed. After installing it,found it didn\'t work the way I wanted, you had to keep you finger depressed on it to work...wanted one that you just flipped on.....MY fault.Bud\'s was very fast to ship the product and I had it in hand in 2 to 3 days....was a perfect fit...I just didn\'t read up on it as I should have. Thanks Bud\'s...good price and the fastest shipping you could ask for.

The Crimson Trace Lasergrip fit perfectly on 85UL, (also purchased from Bud's). It is a little bit smaller than the standard grip that comes on the Taurus. I have no problem using the grip. The laser makes shooting a breeze. Simply point and shoot. Simple: The bullet goes where the dot is pointed....The dot shows up in bright sunlight to about 50' or so. I like this size of this grip because it is smaller than the other grip that C.T. makes for the "small frame" Taurus. The reason, I carry concealed everyday. ( I have a WV permit for concealed carry). It dosen't print, and without the rubber overlay it doesn't cling to you or your clothing. Crimson Trace makes a great product. Paired up with my Taurus 85UL it makes an unbeatable CC duo!!!

I would opt for the extra 50 bucks and get the 385 if you have a 605 and carry the 357 mag. Not a great fit and less support than the factory grips.
