Buds definitely has those guns that are hard to find for a good price. Customer service was excellent and will definitely purchase firearms through Buds again.

Sleek. Well made. All stainless steel. Hammer-fired. Attractive. And, oh, so very, very unpleasant to shoot. Some folks (gun snobs) consider the .380 to be a bit of a "powder puff" round. Fire it through THIS tiny pistol and you may change your mind. Unsurpassed concealability, but it isn't likely that you'll spend/enjoy much time at the range with it. I'm a big fan of their .22 magnum revolvers (North American Arms), but this little fella is in a whole different class. It would be better in .32 acp or .25 NAA -- if that ammo were readily available. A good gun. Just not for me.

I bought this NAA Guardian a little while ago and it's a quality gun. My only issue with it is the slightly painful experience it is when I shoot this thing. Firing a defensive .380 round through here is not a comfortable experience and did it to make sure I could safely handle this little guy. Don't let this turn you away from a purchase, because this is not the gun you will go to the range and fire several boxes at a time. This is a very concealable firearm that you can carry with ease, protect yourself and worry about your bo-bo later.

It’s heavy like I expected but it has trigger bite which I wasn’t expecting. I have a Ruger lcp 2 that shoots better with half the weight and it cost a lot less. Maybe I can learn to like it. Kinda disappointed because I thought because it was so heavy I thought it would be a good shooter. I was wrong. For the money it’s a disappointment. Should have bought the 32. Three star because of price and trigger bite.

It wasn't easy to field strip it for the first time.

Great service by Buds as usual. And great product. Surprisingly accurate for such a small pistol. I shot 100 rounds the first day I got it. The last round in the magazine stove piped a few times but besides that the pistol functioned well.

First & foremost, I cannot brag enough on BudsGunShop.com. Their prices, considering free shipping, especially, are second to known. Their fast shipping is remarkable - I salute you!
The NAA Guardian 380 is a joy to hold. I have good-sized hands, but the Guardian feels solid and steady. Its fit and finish is excellent, a very well-made piece of firearm presentation. It is heavier in your pocket than a Ruger LCP or Kahr CW380, but its heft and balance are comforting.
I like the metal, lockable box it comes with and the second magazine with the pinky extension. Thank you Bud's and thank you North American Arms!

Sturdy gun, solid & well-made. I have a North American Arms .32 ACP as well, which is what lead me to buy this gun. Buds shipped super-fast. I got what I wanted at a great price!

After all the good reviews I've read about this pistol I can't believe I have to write such a bad one. My son and I each ordered one the same day. Neither one would shoot without a jam. I fired 175 rounds of Winchester and American Eagle and they would just not feed. Really wanted it to work but just would not. Both clips jammed same way. One positive note, NAA did not hesitate to have me send it in for repair. They have only had it for three days. I honestly hope when I get it back I can give it a five star review! I'm also a long time shooter. Hopefully a good review is in the future.

My Dad and I both bought one of these guns and we can't get either one to work with any kind of ammunition, jams at least once a magazine. Needless to say we are both very disappointed in this gun and recommend it to no one.

This pistol stings my hand like there is no tomorrow. I can only manage to shoot two magazines through it before I have to put it away. Other than that, it's a fun, well built pistol. Probably too heavy for pocket or ankle carry. It's just a range toy for me at this point.

The Guardian 380acp is a well made pistol. It does sting when it is fired, but I don't often fire a small pocket pistol. I like the double action pull, and that I can strike the primer a 2nd time if needed. Trigger was a little rough at first, but smoothed out. I feel confident it will work when I carry it. It is heavier than polymer guns, but you don't notice it's in your pocket.

Smooth transaction from Bud's to FFL. This pistol is so fun to shoot. O ya, it barks and kicks, but that's what you get from 9mm short through a 2.5" barrel. Did I say muzzle flash? This little guy means business, and that's what I got it for. Got it in my front pocket in the DeSantis Nemesis holster, bingo. Got the 10 round clips and ball ammo for the range, then run some hollow point through the 6 round clips to practice for the real world. This gun is exactly what I wanted. Weight, you say? It's a plus is every way, (unless you plan to put it in your Speedos).

Shot 100 rounds first day out with no malfunctions at all. Used hollow point and ball ammo also used up some old junk ammo I found. Trigger was stiff at first but is getting better all the time. Get a good pocket holster and weight is no problem. This is the best made .380 I have ever had in my 58year old hands. BUDS as always hits the bullseye.

This is a very nice weapon. It is heavy but I have not had any malifunctions.

The NAA Guardian .380 automatic is a good little gun. I ran 100 rounds of both Winchester and Federal .95 gain jacketed shells through it without a single jam. It is my understanding that the jamming problems with earlier versions of the gun have been fixed by NAA. I shot a 4.5" group at 7 yards and a 3" group at 3 yards with this gun. Not bad for a 60 year old with a bad wist. I am 6-1 with big hands so I could only grip the gun with 3 of my 4 fingers and thumb but it felt relatively conformable despite that limitation. The gun is a bit heavy for it's sub-compact size being stainless steel but that adds to it's stability. Even so, it does have a bit of a kick. I could only shoot, with any accuracy, about 1 round every 2 seconds. Any faster and accuracy suffered to a point I could only hit 5 out of 6 shots into the "kill" zone at 7 yards. It is more of a "belly gun" given it's compact size. Dis-assembly, cleaning and re-assembly is super easy. The gun breaks down into a few pieces. It also fits comfortably in my back pocket (just like a wallet) for concealed carry purposes. I really recommend this gun, it is a really fun shoot.
