The p-100 is an old school 1980s gun . All metal and heavy . That is why i love it .
A very smooth shooting clone of the cz . Very low Barrel axis . This pistol is as accurate as you are capable of shooting it . Double action , so you can carry or store it with the hammer down , half cocked or locked and cocked with the safety on . Due to the heaviness i wouldnt call it the best carry weapon . But it is a great home defence weapon .
Imported by tri star but made by canik . I own 4 caniks now . If i am going to own a clone , made by canik is my first choice . Quality and price makes this pistol an awsome buy . I searched for this pistol for 2 years before buds sent me a email saying they had some in stock again . I bought it the next day .

Definitely heavy and initially had a fairly stiff double action trigger pull but after about 100 rounds the double action mode is far better but. Still has a harder pull than my CZ-75 and SP-01. The trigger is also a little farther forward because it doesn't curve back just forward.

So to start off this is a very well made gun. To compare this gun to the CZ P-01 is why I bought it. The manufacturing is actually quite well done, a little rough on the inside but that is to be expected with a cz copy. The weight is not bad at all, the stainless steel frame makes the recoil unexistant, you can put CZ compact grips on. My only nit pick is that there is only one place making after market sights and they are pretty pricy. Over all 5 stars.

This is a sweet little gun. Absolutely pinpoint accurate. Not a single thing to complain about except the weight which is hardly a drawback. After all, to have a pistol be this accurate, I think it's gotta have some extra steel.

GOOD GUN, BUT THE BARREL IS SUPER THIN WHEN COMPARED TO OTHER 9MM PISTOLS, SUCH AS CZ, GLOCK, SMITH AND WESSON, WALTHER, SPRINGFIELD ARMORY, ETC. I GIVE IT 3 STARS JUST FOR THAT REASON, THE BARREL IS THE LIFE OF THE PISTOL.

Ok. Let me start by saying that this is an excellent pistol... in the right role. This pistol is well built, ergonomic and a joy to shoot. The quality is better than a production CZ 75 pistol for around $150-$200 dollars less (in my opinion). All that being said. It is a chunk of steel. This pistol feels like a tank in your hand. Robust, durable and indestructible all come to mind when you hold this pistol for the first time. However, I would not recommend this as any kind of daily carry gun (unless you're Thor). This is an excellent home defense or vehicle pistol. Nothing more, nothing less.

I wanted an all steel weapon and could not find steel CZ compact. Tristar did not disappoint. Now I’m going to buy a C100.

As good as anything CZ makes this is a great low-cost alternative to the big brand name guns of the CZ line. It is all steel and hefty but it feels solid in the hand, points well ,has good sights and has a very good trigger, just slightly behind that of the CZ .Grips and magazines are interchangeable with CZs and the detailing and workmanship is excellent. I've purchased several of these models and like them all and just so you know I am also a CZ fan. If money were a consideration or you're just frustrated because CZs are so hard to find I would feel no hesitation in buying a Canik TriStar as a very satisfying alternative.

this is my second tristar pistol and well like the first pistol, it is a nice pistol.i have the c-100 also. the p-100 is a little more on the heavy side than the c-100. the felt recoil is very low. this seem to be right on as far as sights go. they are small dots but work well. i only had one hang up and not really sure if you call it that. i had a light load in one round and the gun cycled correctly and almost all the way. took a gentile tap to the slide and it never happened again. these feel good in the hands and they are built to last just like the CZ.

Tristar is a great choice for a CZ clone. Good price, quality andzero mill marks. Superior craftsmanship. Tristar is underrated. Give Tristar a chance and i guarantee you will love thyour Tristar.

As always Buds was great...and fast shipping. I have order several guns and have been completely satisfied with all of them. With that said... I love this P100. The ergonomics are great on this weapon and shoots great... not to mention the accuracy. This I believe is due to its heavy weight...but i wanted an all steel gun. I can't recommend it as a carry gun at least for myself unless your just going out for a short stay but an all day concealment would be a little tough. As far as the reliability you cant beat it...not one malfunction in approximately 100 rounds of federal FMJ and a few rounds of Rem HP. Shoots very accurately (shot from 7 and 10 yds) and is reliable as my Sig P229 and that's not an exaggeration. This gun looks great too. Finish is fine with just a few tooling marks inside the slide. For the money that this gun cost you cant go wrong and I most definitely would trust my and my family's life on this weapon.

Excellent quality fit and finish on par with CZ in my humble! Solid chunk of steel to soak up recoil and lend longevity. Can't beat the price point and can't beat Bud's delivery. Ordered on a Wednesday. Bud's shipped it that day and it was in my happy hands Friday.

Amazing fit and finish for a gun this price. Comes really tight out of the box but that's a good thing. Buds shipping was super fast, had the gun in my hand in two days. Put 100 rounds through the gun with no problems at all. No cases ejected back toward the shooter just a nice pile on the side. Trigger pull is tough, but I expect it to break in nicely. Safety is tough also but getting smoother. This gun is a brick, solid steel and smooth shooting. I would get a lighter version if you plan on concealed carry. Perfect home defense and range gun though, that's what I got it for.The machine work and finish is great, better than my EAA Witness which I also love. I was hesitant to buy being that it's made in Turkey but the gun is top shelf. If your looking for a top quality cz variety without the big price tag you will not be dissapointed. Once the word gets out these guns will be going up in price just like the CZ's have.

I love this gun. It's heavy but shoot amazing. Little to no recoil because of weight. Fit and finish are great. Do not hesitate to buy this, I conceal carry it everyday. I've had over 1000 rounds through it already with no problems.

The gun is great shooting it is heavy but great quality, Buds took to ever to ship. even after they got the money. It takes cz75 magazines.
