I have large hands and this extension fits the bill. I'm able to place my pinky finger on the grip.

This little product makes the Keltec shootable for me. It is a hard kicking gun. Anything that helps the shooter to hold on is great! It works and it is still small enough to fit in my pocket with a holster.

I put this on my magazine and it is quite an improvement...Well worth the money as an addition, however it would be nice if Keltec included it free
