If you are looking for the ultimate concealed gun, look no further. This is it. I did, however, have 2 failure to feeds in the beginning (first 50 rounds) when the gun was new. Don't let that discourage you though, because it was NOT a jam/stovepipe. It was the slide getting stuck...and it was as easy as pulling the slide back a little and releasing it, which fed the round just fine. I have read online though that the issue is common in the gun when it is brand new, but once I gave it good bathing with Hoppes and high-end lubricant it has not had one single hiccup. I would definitely describe this firearm as a "get em off me gun", which basically means if someone is right on top of you, this gun will fulfill it's duty. Definitely not a distance gun, but that's to be expected in a tiny sub-compact such as this. With that said, at the distance this gun is meant to be used, it is actually quite accurate. I do have a few concerns with it, really just things I would personally change about the slide. Along with it being overly stiff at first (which in my opinion caused the FTFs), it does not lock when the magazine is empty. It can be a bit confusing because if you are not keeping track of your shots, you will not know that you're out of ammo until you pull the trigger and just hear a *click* instead of a *bang*. Overall, I am happy with this gun. It is just too easy to hide :-). No one will ever know you have it. That is what charms me the most about it. After it is broken in, this will be a reliable choice for concealed carry. Some would not recommend the following, but as a proud owner I will say that continually racking the slide when cleaning it or playing with it will loosen it to where the FTFs are a thing of the past. Buds is awesome!! Best price around. Thank you so much guys!!!

Buds shipped this gun fast to my FFL. Beretta makes very nice pistols and the tomcat is not exception. Beretta did have problems with the frame cracking but keeping with their ammo restrictions and the heaver slide they fixed it. I got the gun in June but did not want to write it up until after it went to the range. The pistol shot flawlessly, no stove pipes or miss fires, every round ejected without issue. Shot around 100 rounds of PPU ammunition. Very nice conceal pistol. The only issue was the slide was very had to pull back to chamber a round. The drop barrel made it handy in avoiding the need to slide chamber a round. I have no regrets in the purchase of this weapon.

Great little shooter. Accurate out to 50 feet. Maybe farther. Sights are small, but a small drop of white out on the front sight helps. Add a pearce grip extension and you can get 3 fingers on it. Shooting SA is very pleasant the DA is a little heavy , kinda like a revolver. At 16oz loaded ,the recoil is negligible. The tip up barrel is great for those whom do not have strength to rack the slide. 32 ACP maybe small , but with 7+1 shots is better than 5 in a same weight revolver. I am not knocking revolvers as I own 20+. The width and weight of this pistol make it ideal for someone with weak hands . Not too heavy not too light.
