If you are undecided with the Glock 29, don't be.. You get serious fire power in a small package..

After using this as my CC weapon for the last year, I'm planning to change to something lighter. As a gun, it's tough, accurate, and very powerful. As a concealed weapon, however, it's extremely heavy and not at all unlike carrying around a block of steel. This is, of course, necessary as the power of a 10mm requires a beefy piece of hardware. Again, it's a great machine; just be aware that it comes with considerable heft, which I've found to be less than ideal for concealed carrying.

I don't know why the 10 mm round isn't more popular. It is an agressive zero compromise round. It is heavy and packs a punch. I got this gun for one reason, wild hogs. I live in Texas and was out in the sticks one day on my motorcycle and was charged by a javalina. Fortunately I was able to avoid it easily, but it got me to thinking, if I had been stopped taking a break I would have been in a world of misery. After researching how tough these things are I decided the Glock 29 was right on. The 10 mm round will take care of just about any predator, two or four legged, you are likely to encounter in the lower 48. So first off, it is a Glock. It fires true every time, hundreds of rounds, accurate bla bla bla bla GLOCK, so it's all been said if you get my meaning. Secondly it is a true hand cannon, but still somewhat concealable in an IWB holster. But what I like about it is that it will take a short 10 rd magazine for concealed carry and with an after market sleeve, a 15 rd magazine for open carry or home defense. So what are you waiting for buy one already. You'll love this round and never want to go back to the 40 Short & Wimpy. And you know Buds had the best price and excellent service.

This pistol is the badest of bad, nothing comes close. Alot of people think the .45 is the best man stopper, well their wrong. If you want the best forget the rest. And buy from Buds.

My first completed transaction with Bud's. Extremely pleased! As for the Glock 29? I've owned a 20 in the past. It appears the 29 is a perfect fit for my needs. Thanks!

Great pistol. Came perfect in the box. 10 mm isn't as bad as it's made out to be, even in a sub compact pistol size. The Glock 29 takes the recoil up nicely and has a very smooth action, fast cycling, and comfortable grip. I shot this one and the SF model at the range before purchasing, and liked the standard grip model better (i.e. shot better with it). Fast take down, lots of after market parts available, and a super reliable pistol. If you're looking for near .357 mag power in a sub compact pistol, this gun's for you. Fit and finish are perfect. Very happy so far.
