It was very good so far have not used it yet every thing fit the barrels I Have so I look forward to hunting with it.

Product was manufactured out of specs according to gunsmith. Ordered two barrels with the product and neither barrel will fit frame. The barrels were placed on a seprate frame and fit excellent. The but stock was not properly attached to the receiver. I have reached out to Thompson about the issue going on 2 weeks and they have yet to address or even respond to the issue. None of this however is budsgun shop fault. The process of purchasing and shipping the firearm was easy and quick.

If you already have several barrels for the Encore this allows you many options as far hunting goes. I have mine attached to a 35 Whelen barrel and love it.

A good gun at a very good price. I have not had a chance to use it yet. I have had Encores in the past and I enjoyed them. I like the challenge of hunting with single shot rifles.

TC Pro Hunter has been on my wish list for years. It has not disappointed in quality and versatility. Light weight is nice for hunting I mounted a Vortex Viper 2-7 and outfitted the Katadin 45-70 Barrel. Recoil is stiff but manageable I look forward to putting a 357 Maximum also on this frame in the future Plan to use it deer hunting in states that restrict Center fire to straight wall cartridges. Buds service was good and price with rebate from TC made it a decent value. Bought a Carlson’s hammer extension to complete the package.

This TC ProHunter Weathershield frame met my expectations in all areas except trigger pull weight which is about 6 pounds and will require me spending money to make it function well. Although I know bad triggers are common these days even on "quality" guns, in my opinion, no manufacturer should allow a gun to leave the factory without a clean 3 pound trigger. I was particularly disappointed since a stainless ProHunter frame I had previously purchased did have a good 3 pound trigger. Once again, Bud's gun shop did a great job with the purchase and delivery process.

The Lister FFL dealer received the frame in short order. The frame and stock we're as described and my encore Barrel fit perfectly. I love the feel and appearance of this newly assembled rifle. Price was the lowest I could find on the internet and it was a very good deal.

Buds service was awesome! Unfortunately I was a little upset when I got the frame and realized the trigger pull was 11.5 pounds and I had to pay $100 to get a triggger kit put in a brand new gun!!

Great shooting gun I paired mine with a .308 bergara barrel and I am very pleased with the results buds done a great job on shipping and keeping me updated will be doing business again.

I have 4 of these frame/stocks and they are all I hunt with now. They can be paired with a variety of barrels for any game. I highly recommend these to everyone.
