Terrible gun who never buy one again it actually blew me parts on me

It's OK. A Taurus. Trigger ? Hmmmmmm.

My first Taurus after only owning a couple Colt revolvers. It was weight to me after only firing the heavier Colts. The grips are very comfortable and easy to control the gun during firing. I have only put a total of 120 rounds thru it so far but have had no issues what-so-ever. A quick turn-around from Bud's as this was my first experience of buying a firearm online. I like the Taurus and have since purchased 2 other firearms, both being Pistols. Not my last Taurus to buy.

arrived fast and super clean

Light weight feels good, nice fiber optic front sight. Shoots well. Good EDC.

First off, product is great. Very smooth action, lightweight, and very manageable when shooting .38 ammo. The trigger pull is a little stout, which may give issues for those with grip strength issues, but i don't have an issue with that. Accurate right out the box, and the fiber optic front sight makes for easy target acquisition. Came with an extra grip, but I have installed a purple grip, as this will be my wife's birthday present next month. I think that as long as she shoots .38 ammo through it, she will be fine. If for some reason she does not like it or wants something different, I will put the black grip back on it and shoot .357 our of it.

Heavier than I expected. As a result I do not use as carry pistol. And a bit bulky, just doesn't work for me in that regard... However I love to shoot at the range! Very accurate especially for being a snub nose 2" barrel. Recommend using 38 spl +p as for choice of ammo. The .357 mag really packs a punch, perhaps a bit too much for repeated use at the range. Anyways. Very nice firearm. Happy with my purchase. Hope you are as well. Happy Shooting!

357 poly is a gun conceal firearm to have. The round being 357 is a great self defense round in a revoler the can be concealed easily. Great gun

There is no quarter cock safety or safety of any kind on this gun. First warning in taurus manual is that if gun is dropped or bumped it will go bang when hammer is over a live round., their solution is to carry hammer over empty chamber thus making this a 4 shooter. The hammer sets directly on the firing pin with no work around. The Taurus security system makes the gun totally inoperable by using a key to lock the gun. My first and last Taurus and going cheap on any fire arm

Very well balanced; quite manageable recoil, even with 158 grain rounds. Feels good and fits well in the hand. Fit and finish very good. Love the front sight! Bud's shipped very quickly, great service. Thanks!

I love this little cannon

I liked it but the front sight is fiber optic or plastic and it sucks. It has fallen out and will cost quite a bit of money to have it replaced. I have had this gun for less than 1 year and have never even discharged it. Although I think I have found replacement sights, I wouldn't have bought this firearm had I realize the sights was plastic.

I own several polymer framed semi auto pistols, but I've never even heard of a polymer revolver until I ran across the 605 Poly Protector. This gun is space-age like eventhough it's a revolver. It's very light weight, conceals easily, and not bad to shoot with the versatility to fire 357 and 38 special +p. This is a great pocket pistol with ample fire power and a speed loader strip in your pocket, that 10 rounds of the mighty 357 magnum. Well done Taurus and as usual Bud's gave me an amazing price on this purchase and it shipped immediately.

Gun was on backorder, put a reminder on it at Buds...when it came in I was quickly notified and proceeded. Despite the Covid, the transaction went as usual including my interaction with my local FLL. While I haven't shot it yet, it is as expected. This is going to be a great add-on and I'll likely carry it concealed. I put the smaller of two included grips on to start but after shooting some .357 rounds we'll see if that stays. Nice fit and finish, put some empties in and the trigger pulls okay double action and really sweet single action. Front sight seems to be a help, I was able to pick up the plant on the other side of my room easily LOL. Can't wait to fire it but ranges have restrictions and ammo is precious for the moment. Nice gun.

As usual the purchasing process from Bud's was fantastic. I have not had the opportunity to get the M605 to the range but it is well built and is exactly what I was looking for in a revolver.
