Great gun. Better than described in over view. I have been using 22LR mini mag and have had no problems. Fun gun.

Nice 22 pistol. ATI should polish the slide before they send to vendors. Had to take slide off and polish it for a smoother action. Sometimes the action didnt want to cycle. Polishing the rail and inner slide fixed that. Now it eats up all ammo.

Love this piece.... The fake suppressor makes it look cool and it doesn't really make a big difference in the noice when shooting it. Highly recommend it if your looking for a nice 22LR that looks and feels like a 1911. Having fun shooting this pistol.

The good: I\'ve only owned this gun for about a month but I would say that if you\'re looking for a range plinker or looking for something to get somebody familiar with a 1911 then this is a great little gun especially for the price. It feels like a real 1911 and it weighs about the same. Very cheap to shoot and it\'s almost the same to break it down as a normal 1911. A lot of the parts for a normal 1911 can be swapped out to this one as well. The faux suppressor also looks cool but I haven\'t used it. It\'s a heavier 22lr so the kick is almost nothing. Very easy to get multiple shots on target very quickly. The bad: The finish is already starting to come off in certain areas but what can you expect from a sub $300 gun. Accuracy is lacking. I\'m already looking into aftermarket parts to make it more accurate. It\'s fun to shoot but it\'s hard to have fun with it when the gun is off. I have the tallest sight on it and it still shoots very high. I will buy aftermarket sights for it pretty soon. I also don\'t like the barrel tightening screw. Every time you take the gun apart and put it back together it changes your POI. The gun only comes with 1 magazine and the magazines are $30-40 so they\'re a little pricey. Last thing is this gun is very picky with ammo. Seems to work best with CCI Mini Mag.
