Bought this beauty three years ago fired over 900 rounds of cheap ammo and never a hiccup. I would love to have it in INOX but there is zero flaws with this blued finish. The pistol is very accurate at 50 yards and has very little recoil. Thanks Buds as always...and thank you Beretta.

I purchased this firearm form Bud's about six months ago. I have run 300 -400 rounds thru it and it is flawless. Not one jam and it is very accurate. I don't care if it isn't the newest one out there. I you like 100% metal , heavy duty, fine quality Italian firearms this is it. I know some military folks bad mouth it. I was in the military for 8 years and lived thru the M-16. There are people who will complain about any and everything. If your main complaint is that everyone's got one, I know why.. it's that good.....

First time buyer from Bud's. Certainly won't be my last experience with them. Ditto to all the positive comments so far. Outstanding pistol! Arrived as a new gun should, with all working parts lightly oiled not caked with grease. Having never owned a Beretta, I was shocked at how simply it breaks down. You can literally go from fully assembled to having the slide off in 2-3 seconds. Wish my other guns were that simple. As for handling, I qualified for my CCH with this gun within 24 hours of shooting it for the first time. The instructor was impressed with how well I was able to group the shots, even with double-taps and short bursts of rapid fire (admittedly, so was I). The heft and balance of the gun makes recoil a non-issue and easy to drop back on target. As for accuracy, dead on! I'm no range pro by any means as I've just started shooting again after 14 years of not even owning a pistol. That said, I've had 5-shot groups that only printed 3 holes, and those were all touching! As noted in another review, I thought it was interesting the mags are imprinted for law enforcement and government use only. I call them the Bill Clinton signature series. If you want a great gun, wth Italian quality and dependability, that's just plain fun to shoot (and shoot well), I highly recommend this one. You won't regret it. I bet money yours will be the only one you'll see like it during trips to the range too. How many of your Glock-shooting buddies can say that? One note: This is a compact 92FS, not a "compact" pistol by today's standards. It still fits my medium-sized hands well, but if you're wanting something that just disappears when you put it on, that's going to be a challenge.

Great service from Buds as always. This is one of the nicest pistols in my collection. It's very accurate and the S/A trigger is so sweet. It's very well built and fits my hand perfect. From 15ft. the rounds were going through the same hole on the target. Get one...you won't be disappointed.

Love Berettas. This is no exception. I own a 92SB Compact as well. This newer model is very similar except for it does not have a round trigger guard like the 92 SB. The gun came with two mags and in a hard plastic case. I know Buds advertises this as a limited offer as Beretta does not have this model in production. I found it interesting that the mags were marked for law enforcement government use only. Marking used during the high capacity magazine ban era. Also manual mentioned magazines holding over 10 rounds would not be shipped to the us market (also a high capacity ban era reference). The gun and mags were well oiled and in great shape as should be expected for a new firearm.
