I was very impressed with the build on this rifle, easy to dis-assemble, super fun to shoot (my friends love when I bring it out to the range). I installed some upgrades. But would recommend Mossberg AR line of rifles.

I have had the rifle several years now and it works great. I have not have any issues since having it. I would highly recommend the Mossberg MMR.

I just purchased this rifle last week from Buds guns. The feedback on this site helped me make my decision. I can tell you I fired this for the first time today, and it performed flawlessly! I'm so happy with my purchase. My shooting partner has a Daniel Defense that he paid 3x for; and he was very impressed. The rifle arrived in excellent condition from the box to the bubble wrap to the cardboard inner packaging. The fit and finish of this rifle were spot on. Early reviews mentioned a slight gap between the upper and lower. I did not see any problems whatsoever. For the price point and performance... I highly recommend this rifle. Buds was great to work with and delivered exactly what they advertised. Get the rifle! You won't be disappointed.

From order to delivery of firearm was four days, Excellent! It's unusual to get a nice grip and free floated bbl with quad rails on an entry level AR for $611. The grip plug (for storage compartment) fits tight. The trigger pull is excellent. Good A2 sights (though I'm going to put them on a DPMS Oracle). I put a Barska 1-4 IR scope on this gun and at 100 yards from the bench with M193 I shot several 1 MOA groups. This is a very good entry level AR with good features. Buds customer service was top notch and delivery time was good (especially considering the AR frenzy people have been in lately). I'll be ordering from Bud's again. The only thing limiting my purchases is cash flow!

For starters, Buds did a great job with my order. I have never ordered a gun online and was skeptical. But it was by far much cheaper than getting at a store (even after paying the dealer fee I saved about $100-$200). I did the e-check order form to get the discounted price. IT DOES take the full 5 business days for the funds to clear to BUDS. So I ordered it on a Wed and it cleared on the next Wed exactly 5 BUSINESS days later. It clears the bank immediately but takes Buds longer. This was completely fine with me as I knew it would. I got the gun two days after it cleared so it was GREAT service. Now to the important part, the gun. This is my first AR and I love it. I have shot a lot of AR's and this is the best one yet. It is very tough and slightly heavy with the full rail system. I just put 200 rounds down range and it performed perfectly. I had a 1.5 inch spread at 100 yards and not jams or anything. I shot with a few buddies from the Marine Corps that have much high priced AR's and they loved this one just as good as their guns. One of which is about to purchase one of these now since it was so nice and at an amazing value! IF you are thinking about this gun, stop and purchase it now! It is a great weapon and I have it decked out with the red dot scoop, fore grip, and light on it now. It handles all types of rounds and accessories. The standard sights work well but I removed them and put flip up sights on it as back ups for the red dot instead. That's just my preference. Get this gun and use Buds, both are great!

First of all my experience here in buds guns shop was awesome. I will definitely be buying from them again. They shipped out same day I payed for my rifle and got it to the ffl real quick. Now on the product mossberg did an amazing job this rifle was zeroed in from the box and was hitting dead center mass at 25 yards with the iron sights. Reliability and durability have yet to come since it's still new. It has operated without any issues so far, it takes pmags very well and is very light to carry.

I order my AR on April 2nd and on April 8 it was shipped and ready to be picked up. Fast and easy transaction. I will definitely purchase from this website again.

I am thrilled I just paid off my AR 15 on April 2 and I received it today at my FFL in town April 7th. This is just after Easter too. The rifle looks great, I just cleaned it and I can't wait to go shoot it. I also received my 223 ammo at home today. Awesome service I'lll let you know how well it shoots later. Thanks a lot.

This was my first order through Bud's. The process was so streamlined. I will definitely be purchasing through Bud's in the future. As far as the rifle. What a great firearm. Was already mech zeroed out of the box and ready to go. I was able to zero in 18 rounds. Put about 100 rounds down range afterward without issue. Definitely satisfied!!!

Let me say first, if you want to buy and get it quick, Buds is the online site for you! I ordered on one day, 5 March around 6 pm and the Mossberg MMR was delivered to my FFL on 13 March at 2 pm. As advertised it may take a day or so for the funds to clear your bank and then clear the Buds account. Once the funds cleared Buds, I had tracking on 12 March and my MMR was there on 13 March. The great thing is, that any change in status on your order, you will get an email. Buds your awesome! And I will use you for years to come. As far as the rifle, its absolutely beautiful. I am military and I have shot plenty of like weaponry. The finish on the weapons is great, no flaws. The item came packaged, over packed, and plenty of packing around it to prevent damage. While I haven't fired the weapon yet, I have went through it with a fine tooth comb, and its tight, no issues that I can see. The removable sites are a plus. The 6 position stock is awesome. The pistol grip is comfortable while holding it in relation to the trigger. The quad rails are awesome and there is plenty of room for accessories. If your looking for a 5.56mm with a great price, you just found one. Again Thanks Buds!

Received the Mossberg MMR Tactical from Buds Gun Shop and could not be happier, fit and finish is second to none and could not find a flaw anywhere. There is zero slop between upper and lower receiver, very snug fit. The full floating quad rail is 10" long and very comfy to hold in the thumbs forward position and there are no sharp edges to be found, the quad rail also uses a very unique attachment method that is very discrete and only requires 3 very small screws found in the back of the barrel attachment nut. The single-stage trigger pull is heavy but smooth with no surprises except for the boom when it clicks. There is a single sling attachment point on the stock and that's it so you will need a sling, mid-mount sling bracket and a tool to remove the buffer tube. Left hand shooters rejoice in the addition of a factory shell deflector, no more hot brass under the collar. Mixed emotions on the Stark SE-1 pistol grip, it does correct the trigger finger angle and moves the hand backward away from the trigger housing, am ex military and used to the original M16 grip so it may take some getting used too but if it's your first time holding one of these rifles you may like it right away. The removeable sights are a nice touch and much better than nothing at all but they should be retired and/or relegated to BUIS status. If you've been on the fence about investing your hard earned money in Mossberg's AR-15 offering, stop waiting and and buy it.. No regrets whatsoever, thanks Bud. 5 out of 5.

Bought this weapon last Jan 2014 haven't been able to shoot much due to work & personal issues but went out last Saturday. I love this weapon quick response......accurate.......no problems what so ever. Ran 150 rds thru it with no jams or misfires. I would recommend this to anyone....Mossberg builds a GREAT WEAPON & this shows in this assault weapon. P.S. Buds was very good, too.

Bought this rifle having never laid eyes on one before so I had no idea what to expect. To be hones I had never even fired an AR before. When I picked it up I was very impressed. The size was perfect, the grip felt like it was made for my hand and the weapon was packaged very well. After firing a few hundred rounds through it I was even more impressed. Very accurate and easy to sight. Even impressed a Marine buddy of mine. If you are thinking of an AR on a budget I fully recommend this rifle. Mossberg keeps their reputation with the quality they built into this rifle while maintaining a budget price range. I am even looking for a .22 model for my daughter.

Let me start buy saying that Bud's did a great job getting this gun to me. Shipped very quick and had it with in 3 days from the time it shipped. Processing took a day or so but wow! Fast action from Bud's. This Rifle shoots great right out of the box and looks like a dream. I have put all the bells and whistles on it and it still weights next to nothing. Ordered From buds on Monday night and it was in my FFLs hand Thursday afternoon! Super quick shipping! Will defiantly be a buds repeat customer. The gun is super solid, well lubed, the fit of the upper and lower is superb, the QC was done great by mossberg no rough spots anywhere, properly staked BCG. I was a little nervous on buying from reviews and lack of, but I can say this gun is just as good and solid as any. I love it. No ftf or fte yet at all. I would defiantly recommend this gun to anyone! The free floated mid length handguard rails are a really nice feature. I don't have any complaints about this gun one bit. Just as good and solid as any DPMS, DEL TON, S&W, Etc in the less than 1k range. Great gun thanks Buds an Mossberg. If your like me researching and hesitant don't be it's a great gun!
