This reasonable priced Made in America (Daytona, Florida) is well balanced and made. Very solid and sized correctly for a great CCW weapon. Having a 9 mm rather than a .380 just feels better. Buying through Bud's was easy and quick. Being my first time buying I was hesitant, but will purchase more in the future. They have a great selection of this brand, too. SCCY is becoming quite the brand to have. This is my second one.

Absolutely love my Sccy CPX2! I was not expecting to like this firearm as much as I do, but when I took it to the range I couldn't believe how accurate it is & how well it shoots. Thank you Buds Guns for having such a great price on this firearm. I saved at least $75-$100 on this gun. Free shipping & I got it in a quick & timely manner. Buds Guns rules ,I will recommend them to anyone looking for a great price on a firearm. I would buy from Buds Guns again.

This is my second SCCY pistol. I must say it is much improved over the previous generation that was good but not perfect. The CPX-2 however, compares favorably with pistols costing twice as much. I came back to SCCY due to the excellent company. This one has no issues at all. Buds has the best price on the internet. They sell a lot of guns and have the process down pat.

I was looking for a concealed carry pistol and examined several. A friend with broad experience pointed me toward the SCCY CPX2. He has a FFL and we arranged for the pistol to be shipped to him after I paid for it on Bud's site. Shipment was very prompt - I believe it arrived in just two days and Bud's kept me informed through the whole process. Most of my current experience is with revolvers, so I did need to refresh my knowledge of using semi-automatic pistols. My friend said this pistol was of very good quality and a terrific price - he owns two of them himself. He was correct. This really is a fine weapon and an excellent concealed carry. Some don't care for 9 MM, but with JHP ammunition and 10+1 rounds it has plenty of self protection stopping power. The weapon is easy to use and easy to break down for cleaning and lubrication. The springs - like most new springs - require a lot of force both to operate the slide and to load the two magazines which came with it. (I quickly acquired a magazine loader.) I know from experience the slide will become easier after a few hundred rounds. I had considered similar pistols from more well known brands but feel this is almost the same quality at less than half the cost of several I considered. I'm so impressed with the weapon and with Bud's (my first experience with them) that have planned an extra few hours on an upcoming trip just to visit one of their stores which happens to be not far off my route. I have already recommended this weapon and Bud''s to several good friends.

OK gun for the price. Pros: 1)Nice feel and look. 2)Easy to conceal. 3)Low price. 4)Easy to tear down and clean. 5)Comes with (2) mags. 6)Lifetime warranty. Cons: 1)Rounds would jam on the feed ramp. Cycled about 50 rounds through it for it to smooth out some. 2)Out of 50 rounds had (2) FTF. They both fired on second trigger pull. 3)After shooting first 50 rounds, I gave it a good cleaning after the initial cleaning and one of the rear dots on the sights wiped right off! That\'s right it came right off. Looks like it was just a sticker! And I was not using any harsh chemicals either. I was just cleaning the gun with some Ballistol that I use on all guns. I am hesitant now to use anything stronger on the gun such as a CLP after this issue. Luckily I keep touch up paint in my shop so I had to paint a new dot on the rear sight. Overall the few functioning issues were acceptable IMO for the price point as it did smooth out after some shooting. But the rear sight just coming off is a concern to me. If they went that cheap to just put a sticker on it for the sights, then I am concerned as to where else they skimped to save money. Hopefully, nowhere that would be a safety risk. I have owned and own many firearms and having a sight just wipe off on a new gun is a new one to me. I emailed the company with all this info along with pictures of the sight issues. I am waiting to hear back from them to see what they have to say.

Buds first class. Fit and finish excellent. Sights are dead on. Ammo cycles like it should. Has a long trigger pull. Trigger pull is smooth. It\'s like shooting a revolver without the cylinder rotating. I have very big hands and can handle the gun with no problems. After shooting a couple of times the long trigger pull is no problem. I think it\'s a great gun to carry or just shoot. For the price you can\'t go wrong.
