This gun has been 100% reliable. At under $275 with 2 magazines and no questions asked lifetime warranty, its a steal. The trigger is long and a bit heavy but you can get by with it. I use this gun as a backpack, truck, whatever weapon. It's small, I don't worry about damage and it goes bang every time. Is it going to take the place of your 1911 or Glock? Not. But it is a nice little gun to have, worth every penny. I had no luck emailing SCCY, a call on a bad magazine got quick results.

This pistol is a piece of junk. It wouldn't chamber a round from either of the provided magazines. The rounds jammed with the nose of the bullet pressed squarely against the feed ramp. I tried with 3 different brands of ammo, all name brand and factory-new. I emailed SCCY on Friday evening last week, it is now Thursday evening and they haven't yet responded. I encourage you to NOT buy this pistol.

I've had this pistol for just over a month and like most it has good points and some not so good. It feels great in my hand because of the double stack magazine. The recoil improved after I installed a better recoil spring. Now the perceived recoil is better than my wife's Glock 42. At the range the very first round was FTF. The magazine wasn't quite seated all the way even though it felt and looked like it was. Gave it a, "I'm the boss here", slap which seated the magazine properly. After I figured out that little quirk it chewed through the next 100 rounds with no problems. Because of the long trigger pull I started to pull the trigger in about half way, get on target then continue to the trigger break which is clean and predictable. At 10-15 yards it's right on target with no adjustments. I haven't gone further than that yet. If this pistol can keep up with my Shield it would be a great carry gun. Stay tuned.

This is a good little gun if you need a piece that you really don't worry about or will not be a primary carry gun. Accurate enough with a good build. Trigger is wonky and long in pull but breaks as it should when it should. Cracks pretty good in your hand for a 9mm but not complaining. Overall, good build, wonky trigger but serves its purpose well.

Very pleased with the pistol. Comes nicely packaged in a black box with red graphics, trigger lock and 2 sets of fitted keys, 2 10 round magazines, and all the paperwork. Havent had a chance to fire yet. But am expecting moderate to higher level recoil due to light polymer frame and short barrel length. Its a conceal carry gun, 10 rounds of 9mil in a relatively small package. Size similar to Ruger LC9. Lifetime warranty on the SCCY. Steel guide rod. 3 dot sites are pretty decent. Slide to frame fit is a little looser than I would have suspected, but not overly sloppy by any means. Finish is a satin black slide on a black polymer frame. Frame was a little disappointing as it exhibits sprue maching marks and seam lines. Seems to be a harder plastic than most polymers. Its a bit thick, but still good size to conceal and carry. Gun feels good in my average size hands and I like a longer fwd trigger reach and this one provides just that, so as to allow my trigger finger to hook and pull the trigger with the center of the tip pad of my finger. Its a plastic trigger, that was disappointing. Pleased with the purchase overall. 10 rounds of reliable 9mil in a package easy enough to conceal is at $228.00 plus transfer fee, pretty darn good deal!

This is my 3rd firearm purchase, gun was as described,so far no issues.I do find that the grip is a bit too large for my hands and given with the smooth surface of the grip makes it slippery when you start sweating, for the price it will make a good house gun.
