Pistol is covered in factory grease but once it\'s clean it works well with brass case ammo.

I bought this as a supplement to my primary carry weapon.I needed something that would fit in a pocket when I was wearing light clothing in summer. The gun shoots fine so far but I guess on initial inspection I missed some finish issues around the front sight that are bare metal. They do not have any effect on the guns function and are my oversight at my ffl when I picked it up.I still consider it a good value for a sub 200.00 weapon.

Love my new Taurus380 ACP! It's perfect for concealed carry in my purse or holstered. And Bud's was great too, got my firearm super quick with no issues at all! Will definitely order from Bud's again!

Nice little gun shoots well the only issue I have noticed with it is the slide is tight and can be difficult to cock back if you have bigger hands like I have. The slide will probably loosen up a bit after I break the gun in good.

I was in the market for a pocket pistol for summer carry and deep concealment. I knew I didn't want to go less than .380, but wasn't exactly set on a .380. I ran through a bunch of local stores, and watched a ton of reviews before buying, and ended up going with the TCP. The only thing I wish I had done differently would have been to go with the next model up with the stainless steel slide. The alloy slide on this is not a problem by any means, but in my mind it will need more care. Fortunately for me I maintain my guns. After getting the pistol, I proceeded to put some rounds down range and I was impressed. The trigger pull is LONG, but smooth and crisp. It doesn't seem any longer than it's counter parts such as the LCP and bodyguard, and I'd argue it is a bit smoother than the LCP. I had no malfunctions, and to my surprise, it was no where near as snappy as the reviews I had seen seemed to imply. Quite to the contrary, it shot smoothly and relatively flat. Maybe this is because I shoot a compact .40 on a regular basis, but it really is a pleasure to shoot. Size wise, it literally fits in the palm of my hand, and is no thicker than my wallet. With a pocket holster it looks like I'm carrying a 2nd wallet when it's in my back pocket. All in all, I'm really pleased with the pistol.
