This is my 6th purchase from Buds. Always a pleasure to do business. Took my Slim to the range on Sunday and fired off just over 60 rounds of 115 gr Fiocchi and Federal and 124 gr of Blazer Brass. No issues. All rounds cycled perfectly. Recoil is quite manageable, and think this is due to the Pearce Grips I put on the magazine. For a pistol in this price range of near $200, it is a great purchase. The reviews in general for this pistol are pretty positive as far as function and reliability. I considered other similar pistols like the Diamondback DB9 and Keltec PF9, but the reviews for these are mixed. The Slim is also an ideal size for pocket carry, which is my preferred method of conceal carry with a pocket holster. The pistol is no where near the quality of the Glock G43 or the Sig Sauer p238, or the Walther PPS, but I am very satisfied with this purchase and the price. A Very good "Taurus quality" firearm.

Shipped well and shoots great. No problems and 300 rounds down range so far. It seems like this version or model is slightly updated compared to the ones I'm seeing in older youtube videos from when this first came out. The extractor seems updated and its mechanism doesn't remove from the rear of the gun as in the original model but instead comes out just like in the PT111. Aftermarket parts and mags are scarce. Stay away from the extended mags for now as they seem to have a lot of complaints on forums. Consider grip extensions for your mags as this doesn't have a lot of room for the pinky. Worth buying a laser because of the small and short sights. The LaserLyte Taurus 738 TCP, 709/740 SLIM laser works well for me.

Bud's Gun Shop offered this pistol at only 182.00, which was great. I just fired about 250 rounds of fmj on it out of the box. There were no hangups or hiccups. The single action trigger was really nice. Remember this gun is a bit on the snappy side, so if you have large hands you may want to get the pinky extension and add a padded wrap on it's slender grip. I was hoping for a little better accuracy, but, I am still going to give this gun a "5" for it's purpose, and that I was only at the range once with it and need to get the pinky ext. and grip wrap. In my experience Bud's staff has been very helpful in problem solving, even when you want to give up, they don't.

Very nice, slim handgun. Easy to handle and shoots well; has a nice trigger and is capable of a second strike on unfired primer. No issues with cycling ammo. Love the adjustable rear sight, loaded chamber indicator, manual safety, nice 3-dot sights, light weight. Price is very low for a striker fired polymer handgun that can be easily carried. Easy to disassemble the gun for cleaning. Simple to do business with Buds Gun Shop and they had the best price on this item. Drawback: only comes with a single magazine.

First time customer. Gun was delivered quick, and no damage was done to the package. Had it transferred to M and M Guns. Awesome transfer place. As for the firearm, everything but the recoil was to my liking. This little gun can pack a punch. Went through 100 rounds and not one jammed. I will be doing more business with Bud\'s in the future.
