Great looking gun, felt good in hand good shooter, but I wish I bought the plus model.

As always Buds service was timely and accurate. I have never had an issue ordering from Buds. The actual firearm however was a different story. I had read good reviews and was expecting a serviceable weapon even though it is on the low end of the price spectrum. What I got on the first trip to the range was a gun that ceased operating after less than 50 rounds. First the decocker became stuck and then it just refused to cycle or fire. Very disappointed. Fortunately I have some gunsmithing experience and upon returning home I was able to disassemble the slide and components. There was a large burr on the decocker mechanism and this had also affected the other components. Some work with a set of files and a rotary tool and I got it in working order. Runs well now. Took it out today and ran a few hundred rounds through it. No problems. BUT it should have done this without me having to do all that work. It\'s a workable firearm now but because of the issues I give it a low rating.

When I first received the Bersa, it had some marks on the slide that went through the bluing. Buds accepted it back and I received another without any imperfections. The 380 is working flawlessly, but does shoot a few inches to the left as came from the factory.

Despite some questionable reviews I have to say this is a great pistol for the price. I've fired over 200 rounds of federal jmc ammo with no problems. It has a nice safety/decocker, easy to field strip, and fires true. Keep it clean and oiled and it can be a great concealed carry gun. Buds was great, fast, and dependable.

We've had this for over a year now, my wife loves it as her ccw. It is incredibly accurate and the rubber grips are very comfortable. The trigger in double action is smooth, the single action is very crisp. The sight picture is excellent. For some reason the shortened beavertail stings the web of my hand on firing but my wife doesn't experience that same issue. We have tried various solid and hollowpoint rounds in the gun along with rubber-tipped Hornady Critical Defense. It shoots everything to point of aim and as long as the gun is cleaned (every 300 rounds or so) it does not fail. I'll be getting another with a normal beavertail for myself at some point soon.

First time at the range today and I am very happy with this pistol. Very accurate and functions extremely well with NO malfunctions. Happy with this purchase and would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable 380.
