Just picked up my SCCY and I have to say Im pleased with the delivery. I haven't fired the pistol yet but I'm sure it will do just fine . I'm a little skeptic on the ejector seeing it has some play in it but we will see. Thanks buds!

Doing the transaction through Bud's was great. The SCCY CPX-2 was delivered to the FFL of my choice and the transfer went smooth. I have only fired 50 rounds through the gun and in the process of trying different ammo to find the right match. The SCCY CPX-2 is a very fine gun for the money and I have no doubt it will give me years of reliable service.

After 70 rds the trigger fail to reset twice and the frame pins came walking out. It\'s going back to sccy for repair.

This gun looks great and feels good. However I took my SCCY CPX 2 to the range. Trigger and hammer started having problems after 50 rds. After about 70 rds. The trigger would not work (Pulling in back) and the hammer would not release. Also i noticed that when the gun got hot this problem started to happen. I do not recommend this gun. On an other note all the ammo fired and no problems with both magazines.

I was able to purchase this pistol on sale as a weekly special. Not only did I get it for less than MSRP. I was able to get it for less than my local FFL dealer could even purchase it for. So, obviously I made a heck of deal on price. What was even more cool, was that I had, had my eye on this little pistol for awhile. And, I can say I am glad I did my homework and had researched this particular firearm quite extensively. It compares very well to the Ruger LC9, at about $250 less, also compares to all other compact nines in it`s class. Less money, (2) two mags instead of one, and capacity is 10 + 1 instead of 6 - 8 rounds for other compacts. The pistol itself, shoots good, accurate at self defense distance 7 -15 yrds. I personally like the double action only trigger ( like a double action revolver ) better than the striker fired action of my sister`s Glock 19. But, that`s a subjective thing. I like that the pistol is extremely easy to wear comfortably concealed even with summer clothing. During the winter here in Colorado, I can and do carry my 1911 full size pistol daily. But, in summer it`s a little bulky to hide. I am very happy with this little SCCY:-) And, for such a small pistol it packs plenty of fire power and actually fits my fat fingers. Would definitely recommend.
