After lots of research and reading comments I bought the sr22pb. Took me a while to finally get to shoot it but now after a couple trips out to the desert I can say for sure that it is everything I read about and hoped for. Broke it in with cci mini mags without a single issue. Recently ran some federal bulk ammo through and it still functioned flawlessly. Easy to break it down and also easy enough to change the base plates on the magazines. My grips also came off easily so I could switch it to the larger size. My son can handle it easily and it's pretty darn accurate given the short length of the barrel. Definitely a happy camper with ruger a d of course Buds is always great to deal with.

I have to say I'm VERY IMPRESSED with Ruger. Buds had the sr22 in stock and it was substantially cheaper to buy it online despite having to pay the California transfer fee and taxes once it was shipped to my FFL. I took it to the range and it ate up the Remington bulk .22lr ammo like nothing (I also fired Remington .22lr subsonics and the ever popular CCI minimags with no issues). No misfires, failure to feeds, or failure to ejects whatsoever. I put about 3 hundred rounds through it and tried out the two magazines that came with the gun, and 3 others I purchased separately without issue. Accuracy was good and I'm sure will only get better as I break it in and get used to it. Only one thing I don't like about it and that's the double action trigger pull before going single action. Fun to shoot, reliable, comfortable grip, easy to break down... GET ONE!

Nice little gun! I took it out to the range straight out of the box and worked flawlessly. The gun came with two 10 round magazines, two magazines extenders, two handgrips, and a lock. My son and I both liked the feel of the gun and the accuracy. Great value, highly recommend.

Not that this gun or Buds need and extra pat on the back but they deserve it. Buds were great. Even though it took almost 2 weeks but that was due to the method of payment that I chose. By the way its a good new way to pay if you don't mind waiting a bit. E check is thE way to go. Thanks to Buds. As far as the gun itself. I haven't shot this one in particular yet, but shot one like it and loved it. I'd have to say that this gun is what .22 handguns should be made like. Very robust. Great barrel. 2 mags. Accurate and reliable. We had few FTF due to the ammo and dirty mags.
