I'm more than a few years late on this review lol. But this is a solid little ccw. Definitely on the heavy side now that ccw's have come a long way over the years, but has always been reliable.

Had the XDS 9mm for a few years. Served its purpose. Moved on to the M&P Shield Plus.

This is just as good as my XDM but this makes a good conseal gun. Bud’s is a great company to work with as well

Nice and slim carry gun. The 7 round magazine lets my pinky dangle off the grip, which I don’t like. I prefer the 9 round magazine, because my full hand fits on the grip. The sights are nice fiber optic sights right out of the case.

I have had this gun over a year now. Zero jams or mis fires. I have put probably 3000 rounds through it now.

Good pistol carried easily. In the end something about it just didn’t fit me so I ended up selling it to a friend but that was no fault of the pistol.

Loved this gun. Easy to shoot and the sights are easy to find for follow up. i carried this gun for a little over 2 years and only replaced it because I purchased a sig p365. There is not really anything to complain about on the function of the xds. the look is a little cheesy for my taste and the logos are big and unnecessary. But the gun Has never given me a single malfunction in probably close to 5000 rounds. Not one. the weight of it is something like 23 oz and this helps keep felt recoil calm compared to some of the other single stacks. This is a great gun. For a great price considering its capabilites. I have hit consistently at 25 yards off hand with this though as you might expect its still difficult. Buy with confidence.

I have not used my product item because even with a concealed weapon permit I have not met the waiting period for the State. When I did check the item, it was as Bud's said it would be. It was packed in a plastic case along with the accessories that where to accompany it. The price for the item was what I was willing to pay for it. I would do business with Bud's again. They followed through with ever element of the purchase.

Excellent 9MM from Springfield. Had to get used to the thinner grip as this was my first single-stack 9MM. That being said, do not let that discourage you. The XDS is a winner. Solid construction without being too heavy for CC. The slim profile makes this perfect for CC holders who struggle with guns printing beneath clothing. Good sights. Includes a green fiber-optic if you do not like the factory installed red. The gun has a decent trigger, and is aesthetically very pleasing. Nice slide serrations allow for a good grip. Smooth function with no failures to feed or eject. Thanks to everyone at Buds for the continued great service and prices.

This pistol is smooth and flawless after 150 or more rounds for the first time. My wife really enjoys too as it is her new conceal carry. Very easy to clean. I used PMC 115gr and everything went without issues. Great sturdy pistol and amazing price. Thanks Bud!

Nice size for concealed carry, shoots and handles nice. I still prefer my Taurus G2c over this though.

Nice weapon...fires great. A good size for a 9 mm concealable. I love it! Except for their 5 day wait rule, I think Bud's is a great place to shop!

Great firearm and very concealable

By Far The Best Conceal Carry Gun Around !!!!!! Very accurate. I was talked into shooting a pistol competition out of town and this was the only gun i had with me. I had only shot this thing 2 times before this. Long story short i got 2nd and the guy that won shot a perfect score !!!!!! did i mention its EXTREAMLY ACCURATE !!!!!!

I’ve had the original XDs in 45 ACP since it came out. By far the easiest weapon to conceal. It was only fitting to get the 9mm version. I love the original version for the price and simplicity. Especially for my EDC. Buds is always great to deal with

I absolutely love this pistol! It's my EDC and it's small and light enough that I carry it concealed everywhere. It's small and compact but performs and is as accurate if not more accurate than a full size pistol. My next one I get is gonna be the .45 version. Cant recommend this pistol enough for EDC carry!

Over the years I’ve own a couple of xDM’s in 45 and loved how they feel. Recently I was talking to a friend at Cinders & Smoke Gun Shop, he had a xDS 9, wow I really loved the feel. I don’t buy a pistol by name, I buy them by feel. I couldn’t wait to order one, Buds had the best deal on the Internet. Haven’t had a chance to shoot it, all it doing here is raining.
