Ruger 10107 22/45 Target 10+1 22LR 5.5"
by Van H Date Added: Thursday 02 June, 2011
Shot 200 rounds of Winchester, Federal and Remington with 3 jams within the last 50 rounds.

Be aware that this pistol has a pewter color lack of finish below the trigger guard. I called Ruger Customer Service and spoke with Chris who said that the reason for the pewter color below the trigger guard is due to the molding process and that the bottom of the trigger guard comes out very sharp and they have to sand it down or the shooter will cut his/her middle finger. I told Chris that I was very disappointed that Ruger hasn't reported anything on there web site about this problem and I want to know what is Ruger going to do to rectify this problem. Still waiting on a response back from Ruger/

I called Buds about pewter color below the trigger guard and it was confirmed that other Ruger 22/45 has the same problem. I went by Academy Sports and looked at there Ruger 22/45 with half the amount of pewter color below the trigger guard.

Pain in the rear to disassemble and reassemble.

I giving the gun 5 STARS because of the dead on accuracy.

Rating: 5 of 5 Stars! [5 of 5 Stars!]
