I ordered from Buds and online. I am a VIP member but I was very disappointed with this gun. It scratches very easily, The plastic is cheap and when changing back straps it dents quite easily. It fires nice enough and the rotating barrel does absorb the recoil nicely, but it has been a disappointing purchase. I have shot it once and thrown it into a drawer. The back strap for a large hand is on order from Beretta, but it has been two weeks and no sign of that. It came fractured! I called in and complained about the dents in my polymer grips, like someone put a screw driver to it. This is my third 9MM purchase from Buds and my fifth purchase from Buds this year.
After buying this gun, and the dainty exterior of this gun, I'd say my Ruger and Taurus were a much better buy. This hype about Beretta is beyond me.
