Using this with the Ruger American Ranch and a 2-7X scope I had 3/4" groups at 100 yards. Hunting south Texas in thick mesquite, I dropped a 150 lbs sow in her tracks. Both shoulders were blown with a good exit hole. Distance was 75 yards. This combo should be great for medium animals and excellent knockdown ability.
