I love the quietness of the rifle when shooting it, many different round selection but the one I use is the CCI, great performance either ringing steel or hitting varmints

So far, highly impressed with this firearm! The process of ordering from this site was fast and easy; it was about 1 week between purchase and arrival to local FFL. Once I received the rifle, it was new, in the box, and beyond what I was expecting. I have not fired this rifle yet, but I'm sure I will be impressed! After firing, I hope to provide more details on this review.

Savage 93 is a very nice shooter, acq trigger easy to adjust. Love this gun.

Dude. This thing is a tack driver. Hundred yards I'm hitting the same hole. Rifle feels great but I'll eventually get a Boyd's Stock for it. I love this rifle. Trigger is great. Cool caliber to have in the collection. It's a blast to shoot. Less recoil than a 22lr lol. For the price just get one. They're fun and you'll love it.

I have a stainless regular barrel version of this rifle I initially got for groundhog control, but it didn't like to group 17gr ammo well at all... was about 2.5"-3" groups at 100 yards, 20gr it groups at MOA, so I figure I'll keep that one as my 20gr rifle. Anyways, got this one in hopes that it would like 17gr and also dropped it into a Boyds Pro Varmint stock... and I lucked out. At 100 yards it groups A17 the best, at 0.5", and Federal at 0.75".

What a nice rifle! A real tack driver once you get it sighted in. Really easy to handle, with basically no recoil; and excellent range. I like to call it a mini .223. I actually sold mine a while back, but am seriously considering getting another one. If you're thinking about it, and you're looking for something that packs more punch than a 22LR, you can't go wrong with this rifle.

I am very happy with my purchase...this Savage rifle handles like a charm...although at first the bolt action was a little stiff it has soften up with wear...there is very little recoil...like I said bery happy with my purchase...

Good little 17 rifle very accurate!!

Awesome transaction, great price. this savage was by far the most accurate rimfire I've ever owned. Put a 1.5-4.5x32 scope on it and after one adjustment at 25 yards, I was hitting quarter sized group's at 100 yards. Couldn't be any more pleased, 100% worth the money.

Purchased this to introduce my wife into shooting bolt guns. It has quickly become the favorite rifle of both of us. The accutrigger is fantastic and makes shooting a breeze. Top this rifle with a decent scope and a nice bipod and you will have a fun rifle the entire family can enjoy. It is also perfect for taking small game. If you are looking for a .17 then I would definitely recommend giving this one a chance. We have not been disappointed and I don't think you will be either.

got my rifle today and could not coordinate a time to get it ,so got taken to another ffl dealer really close to my house that i did not know about so i give him 5 star for the effort

Firstly, Buds rocks. Nuff said. This rifle is insanely powerful for a rimfire. I hunt large Red Squirrels with it and they just drop. Even the dreaded gut shot kills instantly. Trigger is super easy to adjust if you have any level of mechanical comprehension. Tight and crisp, just like a good trigger should be. The gun itself is really light when paired with a BSA Sweet 17 6-18x40. Perfect for long walking hunts. Only draw back to this gun for me has been the need to purchase a special cleaning kit for the air gun size bore. Other than that, it is now the premier rimfire in my arsenal.
