I bought the S&W model 629 Classic mainly because iI think it is one fine looking pistol I had never shot one I had handled one at my LGS and really liked the way it balanced in my hand it is the heaviest pistol I ever held and that's what I like about it. As usual the transaction with Buds was great got it in less then a week. I took it to the range loaded it up fired 2 shots and she wouldn't fire anymore and the cylinder locked up real tight it took quite a while to break it free, it appeared that the firing pin jammed up or actually out well that pissed me off. Once I got home I went to S&W website, I had already register it the night before so there was no problem getting them to email me a FedEx airbill to send it back. It's been about 2 weeks now and I haven't heard a word. This is really disappointing my first S&W and my first wheel gun and it breaks the first time I shoot it. Well I'll hope for the best and maybe it will be alright... I'm looking at a Colt Anaconda now I may get that before they get my S&W back. The first 2 shots were about a half inch down and to the left of the bullseye at 7 yards so it appears to be a pretty straight shooter.I'll try to update this if I remember. Happy shooting everybody
