To preface, I write this review as my can sits in NFA jail. This is my first nfa item through buds and I made the purchase because of the unbeatable price of hundreds of dollars less than competitors. That being said the initial cost saved was slightly eaten away at by passport photos and a dealer transfer fee. But at the end of the day I'm still money ahead. I made the purchase at the end of December (merry Christmas to myself) and here I am finally doing the form 4 at my dealer at the end of March. One month of that time was consumed by a government shutdown. But the purchase of the item and incurring the cost of the stamp months apartment does make it an easier pill to swollow. I allowed for a full year from the time of purchase and to fulfillment. That being said buds does do a good job on their end and the inconvenience of the process is in no way their fault. If they continue to post great deals I will take advantage of them whenever possible.
