Like many have said a lot of oil but a sweet firearm here and you can't beat the price!!

Got this for tactical box,boat gun. Works good sights are hard to see. I put glow in dark paint on front sight. I have over 10 revolvers all S&W ,ruger,and colt. I like triger for price,I don't like the parkerize. I oiled the finish and put it in tactical box , perfect for that. The price makes it 5 stars, it is what it is.

I desided to try a Rock Island .38 caliber, 4" long Revolver pistol. I have built several match pistols that have all worked well for me once I tweak this and that. So far all of the pistols that I have built have or are working very well for Bullseye matches. I think RIA is a company that knows what works and they keep their customer's happy with products that work well wear slowly! I left the pistol alone for the most part but modified the grips with a thumb shelf. Not sure that is really necessary but this is a gun one does not need to worry about. All in all it was a VERY usefull purchase and I look forward to purchasing more products from RIA and Bud's Gun! Mike T.

Not much to say here, folks. Its an inexpensive option for those of you looking for a revolver. Its a solid design and shoots well. The one item to note as this is ONLY a 38 special, and the lighter frame isn't ready for 357 rounds, which is where the lower cost comes in. Still, if you are looking for a low cost defense tool, 38 special is more than adequate and this will meet your needs without stinging your pocket book. Its a no frills design that gets the job done and is ready to work, simple as that.

For an I expensive revolver for self-defense, you can't get much better than the RIA M200 or 206. They chamber 38 special cartridges, are double-action/single-action, have a transfer bar safety, and have optional hand-shaped grips. The only two negatives I have with the gun are 1) size: they are a bit beefy, so they often don't fit in a holster properly. 2) the hammer is harder to work than the double-action trigger. Now, the single-action trigger is great, but pulling the hammer back is tough.

The RIA M200 I purchased from Bud's was everything I was looking for. It may be a "cheap" gun in price, but is not cheap in quality. It has performed just as well, if not better than most higher priced 38 specials I have shot. I am very pleased with this gun.

Very decent revolver in a popular caliber and I particularly like the Parkerized finish. Should last a long time. Will make a great inexpensive handgun for home defense or possibly concealed carry.

This is a budget friendly and very accurate and reliable weapon. The recoil is minimal for a 38. Buds always come through with excelente material and customer service is outstanding. Waiting for my next one.

This has been a decent revolver and I have had no problems with it. Fits snugly in the hand and I'm looking forward to going out and putting a few hundred rounds through it again! Recommend!

At first glance, this gun doesn't look special. After firing it, its a nice little piece. It packs a bit of a wallop, but its not unruly. It is fairly accurate for its small size. For personal protection, its not bad. Its worth its price point.

Great product, been trying to find the sweet spot and ammo. I know people will growl. I do not keep my CC weapon " locked and loaded" so, I hope this revolver will resolve my carry issue

Loving my new Rock Island Armory M200 .38 spl revolver. I've taken it to the range a couple times and it fires 1st time, every time. Thanks Bud's for providing such a great price for this awesome pistol.

This gun is a great deal... And is even cheaper now! Would highly recommend if you are budget gun aficionado like me.

Super fast shipping. Arrived at my ffl two days ago, but finally had time to pick it up today (along with two others I had on layaway). If you haven’t had the chance to use the layaway, you’ve got to try it. Makes some of the more expensive guns super affordable and allows you to purchase multiple guns and pay over time so it doesn’t drain the wallet so bad. Nice balance. Easy to manage recoil. Accurate shots. I am enjoying this gun very much. If you're thinking about getting a wheel gun, this would be a good one to buy. RIA has come up with a very nice revolver.
