I live in a shotgun only area in North Carolina, and have shot many deer using this slug, most of the shots have been between 40 and 70 yards, not one deer has went farther than about 30ft after being shot with these.

Just took my wife shooting for her first time using these at an indoor range. 35 rounds cycled and shot perfectly in our Mossberg 500 .410 with a fixed full choke. Did not notice any plastic fouling, which I have encountered with slugs previously, at least in my 12 gauge. A bit expensive, but a good product.

I hit another 300lb Boar Hog at 20 yards and it dropped on the spot with massive damage. DRT is very common with these. I get chuckles for my endeavors of 410 hunting. This slug and Federal triple ought handgun ammo is awesome.

Best 410 slug. I use it out of a Mossberg 500 full choke and its accurate. At ranges out to 35 yards (so far) will drop a 350lb hog going through shield into the vitals. Also great behind the hog’s ear. Betwixed this slug, the Federal handgun 000 Buck and a Winchester AA shot load, the 410 is as good as a 12 gauge. Thant dang taurus judge ammo development has made a full choke 410 Hell on Wheels. Chuckle if you wish.
