Excellent pistol and a very big cannon, accurate and very easy to handle, all this and couple with buds very fast shipping made it a winner.

Great compact gun. Small enough to keep in my center console of the car. Put a Pearce grip pinky extension on the mag due to my large hands. Really helps with the kick of the 45. Can get pretty heavy when fully loaded

I bought this because I wanted a high capacity .45 for my carry pistol. This fits the bill and has never failed to eat up whatever brand or bullet weight I feed it. Definitely dependable.

Carried for a couple of years and shot regularly at the range. Never a malfunction with a variety of ammo. Easy to conceal with IWB holster. Buds delivered fast as always

This firearm runs great. I have around 200 rounds through and I haven’t had any issues. I’m more comfortable with the 13 round magazine because I get more control. I’d recommend getting a couple 13 round magazines and using it as a bedside gun. In my opinion it’s too heavy and bulky for a concealed carry.

By far me most enjoyed weapon !!!

The comfort of a large caliber hand gun was passed to me from my dad. This pistol is small enough to carry and is accurate.

After disassembly, a light cleaning and reassembly, a few friends and I took the XD Mod .2 .45ACP to the range. We fired 2 different types of ammo (50 rounds each) through the weapon. This weapon constantly hit the bullseye at about 25 feet. There were no misfires, nor failures to load. This weapon worked flawlessly and extremely accurate. My friend was so amazed with this Springfield, He is now out pricing the exact same weapon. BTW, my weapon does NOT have the safety. I understand that some on the XD's do.

I can only give this 4 stars due to scratches on the gun. As far as the guns performance: It ran flawlessly with hollow point and ball ammo.

I really love the fit and finish of this gun along with how comfortable it is in my hand. Whether you have that 13 round or 9 round magazine in it, it just is a very comfortable, secure grip and very concealable when electing to use the 9 round magazine. As always, Buds is fast and efficient and I have never had a problem with them or the products that they sell. The only small concern I have when I bought this online on 9-1-19 is that it came in one of the older cases and the envelope containing the fired spent casing was stamped February 2015. Although the gun appeared new, unused, I was a little concerned why it took over 4.5 years to sell a weapon like this considering the high volume of sales Buds does. Maybe Buds bought old stock from another company going out of business?

The plastic case it came in is awesome. Not cheap quality looking. Came with the pistol, 1 flush mag 9rd and 1 extended mag 13 rd with mod 2 style mag sleeve. A lock, 2 fiber optic rods/sticks 1 green 1 Red. And man it is a good looking pistol.first shots with it when I test fired it to be sure it fired. hit dead on. Trigger is great. People talk bad about it but when your putting rounds down range it’s a nice trigger. Recoil is real nice and I use 230gr. Also I put some steel case and n it just to see if it run and it did and also big hollows points and just ate right threw them.would highly recommend it. I def. trust it with my life. First, you can't beat Bud's prices. The Springfield Armory XD-MOD.2 45ACP 3.3" Sub Compact is just what I have been waiting for; a reliable,13 round, double stack 45 ACP clip small enough to conceal that doesn't pull your pants down too much. Out of the box I fired 120 rounds of Federal JHP. Not only did I not have one misfire, the accuracy was amazing. With the fiber sight it was easy too easy to find the the front sight raise the rear sights and squeeze off the next round. At 20, 40 & 150 feet all shots were center of mass, with a little wider spread as the distance. Comes with a 9 & 13 round clip. Both felt real good in my hand with the 13 founder's extender grip giving a little more support and accuracy. The trigger action, said to be more than others, but the break point was easy to find and got easier and faster to find. Rapid fire did move a little to the right, but it is a 45 ACP and that's the way of he beast. Had a full 5.5 " XD that was stolen but I still had the 13 round clips. The fit the MOD.2, only difference is the slide on grip extender, which are sold separately by Springfield. Love this gun and you will too. It is a concealed carry you and your loved ones can count on to do its job.

The springfield XD 45 sub compact is a great value (best bang for the buck in its class) in my opinion.
Springfield has listened to customers and upgraded an already good handgun. This is now my favorite concealed carry gun.
With small size, high capacity and relatively light weight. It is high quality, reliable as they come and has many standard features that would require extra cost upgrades from other manufacturers such as the fiber optic sights, ambidextrous mag release, slide release and take down levers need no upgrading.
I think the trigger is fine too. Buds is a great company to deal with and they have some out of this world deals that my local gun store couldn't come close to. I shopped around and compared specs in detail on every handgun and this one won my favor. Next in my list is the same gun in 910mm :)

I can't say enough how satisfied I am with this purchase. This is just what I've been wanting in a subcompact .45cal handgun. It's easy to conceal, and the capacity is more than adequate.

Great firearm for concealed and carry for my job, but the extended mag is hard to get into the gun. Comfortable 10/10, feeds perfect 10/10, a bit heavy but its a .45acp, and for cosmetics is a 8/10 wish it didn't say grip zone.

I cannot understate my enjoyment of my new Springfield. This is my second Springfield; and, both are prized items in my collection. I have only fired about 10 rounds; but, the gun operates well, and without issue. As always Bud's is an excellent vendor. I keep coming back; and, Bud's keeps me happy, happy, happy!

This is one of the best pistols I own it is easy to shoot. Low recoil I have put at least 3000 rounds through it without a failure. It is my main concealed cary gun. Whih this gun I know when the trigger is pulled something will happen.
