The 870 Police magnum I received did look like it had been through a battlefield when I first received it, but a bronze brush and CLP worked wonders on it, and now it looks as good or better than the one pictured. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would do it again. Highly recommended.

Just arrived today. Great price for an 870P, as long as you are willing to do a little gun care and realize your gun could be on the low end of the described 80-90%. Mine had lots of finish wear from the cruiser, especially on the receiver . Looks to have been fired very little. Like another reviewer said, it was very dry - whoever was issued mine apparently didn't believe in lube. Some rust in the back of the receiver, on the bolt, carrier, and barrel band. None of it was really visible without disassembly, so I can't fault anyone at Bud's for missing that. Most of it came off with a bronze brush. Shotgun is now clean, lubed, and much happier.

Bud's is awesome. They shipped the gun super quick and went out of their way to help me out! This gun won't be mistaken for new, but it's a Remington shotgun, so it wasn't purchased for the looks. Shoots great! Thanks BUD's! You've earned a customer and I've already referred two friends your way!

I received mine in two days, Mechanically it seems fine but the finish is in very rough shape.

My 3rd purchase from Bud's. Couldn't be happier! Remington Police Magnum receiver, Flexitab carrier, Speedfeed stock. Parkerized finish has some handling marks and is a bit dry. A good oil soaking and the parkerization looks good! After just a quick wipe down, bore and magazine tube were both bright and shiny. Trigger assembly internals and bolt have very little wear. I don't think you'll go wrong purchasing this for your HD weapon-of-choice. Thanks, Mr Bud! It's a keeper!

Just received my 870 police trade in and I am soooo happy! It is in great condition. Better than I expected. I would not hesitate to buy another one from Bud's. You roll the dice with police trade in's but I was very pleased with the condition of the one I received. It has some minor wear, nothing out of the ordinary. But for the price it's an unbeatable deal. Get yours while they last. I highly recommend it. Thanks Bud's!!!

this gun is pimp. i just got mine a couple hours ago, went out in the back and had some fun with it. ran about 20 rounds of bird shot through it, had no problems whatsoever. the finish is a bit worn and it needs a good cleaning, but for this price you can't beat it. police magnum ftw! this was my first gun buy and i am very happy with it! now to save up for that fnp 40...

I am very pleased with the 870 I received. As others have said, this is a used 870 shotgun that shows signs of wear from the cruiser shotgun rack as well as some scratches here and there. No big deal. Overall, this is a fine weapon for the money if you want the real deal police 870. The only thing I was hoping to see would be some agency markings. There are none, just the standard 870 Police Magnum on the receiver.

Anyways shooting winchester elites it was on target and cycled the 2 3/4 no problem. Bought some dirt cheap bird shot and had absolutely no issues. Amazing weapon, amazing price, amazing service. As usual Bud's comes thru again. I have bought quite a few guns from them in the last few years, and this one Delivers! They do have a little wear on the reciever, but the guns clean up quite well. The speed feed stock is a nice addition as well. These are Police Magnum receivers, and are well worth the asking price.

This is my second purchase from Buds and will not be my last! My 870 has a finish that shows some wear and tear, but the action is super smooth and appears to have been fired very little. As advertised, these are police trades and are not beauty queens, but they are great functional shotguns.

All I can say is Wow!!!.. Derek is awesome and I can't tell you how great a guy this is. I was really nervous about buying online. This was my first time but this was the weapon I wanted. I called and talked to Derek and he had Gurney right there by him. They told me how good the shot guns were so I took a chance. This was the right thing for me to do. I recieved my shotgun maybe 30 hours later and I am out of state. I went to the delivery dealer and what I saw was incredible. This gun looked almost new and felt awesome. The action was like a new weapon, come on ya gotta love the sound of a nice 870 when you hear that tight smooth easy ching chang when pumping in the next round. It took me a few days to finally get the chance to pump out a few live rounds. 3* mags 00's. Dang I am a sadist lol.. ouch but really smooth. I have found another love in my life and trusted dealer to buy from. You can't go wrong with Bud's. Wow what a great first experience. This weapon is beautiful,, only a few marks on the reciever that are barely noticable. This is not my first 870, I had one in Nam and a hunting 870 30" full choke that I still have along with an 1100 that is the sister to the later. Thanks for taking care of me Derek. Wanted a Ithaca m37 police real bad looked at a new 870 police mag then I saw this deal at Buds so I bought one. Not bad has some ware on the finish but cycles well and for the price a real good deal.I wouldnt' mind getting another for my truck .thanks Buds !
