My second Kimber and a great gun so far after 200 rounds. A truly beautiful and functional firearm. Also, it is much easier to disassemble and reassemble compared to the 3" models.
Only concern seen so far was manufacturer magazine failure to feeds in the first 16 rounds put through. Strangest I've ever seen in fact-the last round in mag actually ejected unfired rather than chamber it. This didn't repeat after the first two mags. I have some new custom mags anyway so not going to use that mag anyway.
Bud's service was great too, and the price was better than anywhere else. Very much appreciate that the person I spoke to on the phone was a US veteran.
Will defintely do business with them again.
