Very accurate, a bit on the heavy side for a small pistol, but handles very well. Good sights.

Keep jamming that’s not a good gun

Best cheap gun you can buy!! Downside is that she’s amazingly heavy for her caliber, but hey....grow a pair!! Accurate and fires when you pull the trigger. Plus!! If you run out of ammo...she’s a great handheld blunt instrument of destruction (because she’s heavy and built solid)!! Lol. No my carry but alway a fav at the range. Plus the price!!??!?! Jordan’s cost most than this!! Great investment for range fun.

Perfect chose for me I love it.

Nice gun,but being left handed and the mag release on the lower grip,the recoil would release the mag against my hand.Had to sell.But otherwise I liked it.Buds was great as always!

This is one of my "newbie" mistakes. Avoid at all cost. The plastic grip melted after I used Hoppes gun cleaner. The costumer services people were very nice and sent me a replacement for free. However, this gun is not worth the pain: Jams a lot... gave it away....

The COB Freedom 380 pistol works. It cheap big and heavy but it has work every tine I have pulled the trigger. I use it as my truck gun. It is always loaded, cock and locked. It does what I want from this kind of a pistol. I am happy with it and my truck is happy. I have rated this pistol with (5) stars ***** based on the price and I use it for.

First of all my interaction with Buds was flawless. As for the gun, not so much. I purchased my Cobra FS 380 back in 2015 and wanted to wait to write a review. To date I have put 200 rounds of Lawman and Winchester 380 ball ammo through it. The gun jams atleast twice a clip with six rounds and After about the first 50 rounds I have had multiple times where the round gets jammed in the chamber and it has to be dug out. I have not done anything to modify the firearm. Now even using practice ammo the first round gets jammed in the chamber. Currently trying to contact Cobra for a repair. My advice, spend a little more and get a better weapon.

First i would like to address a few things about the cobra fs 380. The good and the bad. Good first. Its a solid little 380. Fits right in your pocket. Easy to conceal. Built tough. Has a nice clean look and feel about it. It definitely will back off an intruder or an aggressor. Easy for the wife to handle as well. Oh and the accuracy isn't bad at all. Just aim and pull. Now the bad. It doesn't like cheap ammo. I bought some reload ammo from a gun show and let me tell you, it jammed alot, and often. Lots of ftf and fte issues. The magazine is cheaply made. I thought the mag was the issue but the range instructor observed the issue and quickly came to the conclusion that ammo is the problem. Once i put quality ammunition into the mag it rapid fired all 7 right out the pipe. So if your looking for an affordable pocket rocket would i suggest the cobra fs 380? Sure why not. Just make sure you spend more on quality ammunition. Oh and thanks buds for shipping my little buddy out to my ffl in a matter of days. Always good to do business.

GOT BOTH BLACK,AND SS FREEDOM 380'S and for the life of me i dont see what ppl are complaining about. as far as entry level pistols TOP OF THE LINE IN ALL CATEGORIES. LIL HEAVY BUT LESSENS THE RECOIL TO NONEXISTANT. MUCH MUCH MUCH BETTER THAN A ''LOW..I MEAN HI-POINT'' NO FTF OR FTE WITH OVER 1000 RDS. CLIP IS TIGHT AND TAKES A FEW BOXES TO REALLY SETTLE BUT THATS NOTHIN BAD. MUCH RATHER A TIGHT HOLE THAN A LOOSE CLIP FIT

Nice gun for the price, shoots straighter than my ruger 380. A large frame but you know you have a firearm in your hand. Just another good buy from Bud's.

Great gun for the money and made in the good old USA. This little baby comes with a life time warranty and is a very well made gun. I will admit I had my doubts but after shooting the gun I am sold on Cobra. I did what anyone should do when they purchase a new firearm, cleaned and oiled before even sending the first round through the gun. I have fired 100 rounds through the gun with no issues at all.

This is a great carry concealed weapon. A bit heavy but very accurate and priced great. I bought two one for the wife and the other went to a daughter. For a low end priced gun Cobra has a good rep and warranty. You won't be disappointed. Enough about the gun, it is Buds that I want to talk about. Buds is great. I have no affiliation what-so-ever with Buds or any employee. In fact I live across the country from Buds. This makes around the 6th weapon I have purchased from Buds over the years. Every one came packed right and tight. Tracking was always correct. They ship next day after funds clear. They must do E-checks as I like the check discount and they clear them fast. Seems that the last order was delivered before I had finished filling in the forms and paying for it. Just kidding, But want you to know you can trust Buds to ship EXACTLY what they claim, pack it right and let you track where the H it is when coming to you. Bought this pistol for my wife. It is heavy but knew that going in as reviews described . Seems very well made and really like the pistol. As 8 said if you don't mind the weight it is a great pistol for the price.

I never even fired the weapon. It was advertised as lightweight. It is anything but. My primary is a medium frame .45. This was to be my backup pistol. It is heavier with an empty magazine than my .45 with a full mag and 1 in the chamber. I was able to dump in quickly.

I BOUGHT A NEW 380 COBRA ON DEC 18, 2014 AS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT FOR MY WIFE. I PICKED IT UP ON DEC 23--JUST IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS! ON CHRISTMAS DAY WHEN WE TRIED TO SHOOT IT, IT WOULD NOT LOAD. WE FINALLY GOT HOLD OF COBRA FIREARMS AND THEN RETURNED THE PISTOL. IN ORDER TO SHOOT OUR NEW GUN COBRA ENTERPRISES OF UTAH "MACHINED BOLT FACE AND REPLACED: EXTRACTOR, FIRING PIN, RETAINER." QUALITY REVIEW AT COBRA FIREARMS IS INSUFFICIENT. THE REPAIRED RUN WAS RETURNED AND WE WERE FINALLY ABLE TO SHOOT IT ON JANUARY 20, 2015. WE WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER COBRA!

Gun is a brick. If you cant shoot em, youll be able to beat the snot out of em with this piece. Heavy heavy heavy.

good I USE AND I LIKE 50ROPE SHOT NO PROBLEM I LOVE

This is my third Freedom 380 over the years. I believe they have made improvements. Little picky with Hollow Points, yes. Made as well as my Glock and SKKY, no. However, I have always cleaned them good, racked the slide about 100 times and did the same with the clips. I have had very few jams, stovepipes, etc. I t is a good, decent cheap firearm. My Hi-Points are the same. Take care of them and they work great. I had a Glock 17 that was a "lemon." This Cobra fills a place in the market place for those who can't always afford $350-$400. Most who knock these and Hi-Points don't even own one. I learned in the Military and with the Police Dept. Take care of your weapons whether cheap or expensive, and they will usually work quite well.

Just got it for practice and telling you, it is not a perfect gun but not bad at all.

Great gun. WORDS OF WISDOM. 1. Good cleaning and lubrication is vital before anything. 2. Polish the feed ramp and the chamber if you'd like. 3. Dry rack the slide 100-150 times. 3. Use American made ammo only. Preferably FMJ round balled rounds. Now ive had great success with Hornandy Critical Defense 380 Auto 90 grain FTX as far as home defense goes. If you put in the time to do these simple things I can almost guarantee this firearm will be reliable and awesome. At least for me it has been a great weapon. I would give 5 stars but no last round slide lock. Sucks, but for the price and a little time to get to know your weapon, id recommend this Cobra to anyone with a brain.

It's an alright pistol since it's my secondary conceal weapon and not my primary . The cobra fs .380 should've had an cock back lock and it sucks because it doesn't.
