Great pistol for target shooting and also the price

I run this gun as a stock race gun, and it is a stable platform that shoots flat and point of aim. Very pleased with the purchase, and Buds was great to deal with as usual.

I am very impressed with the quality and reliability of this gun. I was so impressed with this gun , I bought another canik in a different model which is also a good quality firearm. Buds service was great and shipping was quick and painless.

Very nice firearm, especially for the money, when I ordered it. Always wanted a CZ75B, and this is as close as it gets without an actual CZ. Excellent quality and a good shooter. The Tri-Star S120 is the same pistol. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed!

Got this 9 mm for a steal. Shoots great, hitting targets at 50 yards for fun. No ejection problems through first 100 rounds. It did have a bit of excess protection oil when first arrived but a quick wipe cleaned it all of without a problem. As always, buds did a great job with advertisement and shipping.

Nice CZ-75 Clone to be sure. I have about 500 round through mine without any failures of any kind. If your looking for a CZ-75 Clone to add to your Safe then this may be the one for you.

I was a lucky winner of a Canik S -120 from Buds guns black Friday raffle. I finally got out to try it out and was very impressed. I recently purchased an CZ 75 which I can say there is not much of a difference besides weight in shooting both guns. Thank you Buds as this made my Christmas. Thanks Again.

Got this gun the other day. Wasn't sure if I should get it but the price was right and other reviews were good so I bit the bullet. As an owner of 2 CZ 75b's which I love I immediately torn the gun down side by side with a CZ. IS this gun a CZ 75B? NO, but it is a great gun for the price. Yes! The differences I noticed were all relatively minor. First the trigger guard is more like a CZ 75 retro, more rounded and smaller than the 75B. The feed ramp is polished however a little smaller than on the 75B. Wondered if this would cause a feed problem, The hammer is larger than the 75B and I liked it. Finish was not a 10 but I'd give it a 9. Gun is very tight with no play found anywhere. Took it to the range with the 75B and my Browning high power. This gun shoots where you point it. Trigger started out a little rough but improved with use. May be a tad heavier then the 75B. Used the Mec-gar mags that come with it in my CZ and my CZ mags in the Canik with no problem. Both of these guns are great shooters. I've had my Browning HP since 1986 (and Love it dearly) but either of these guns feel almost as good and shoot equally well. A BHP today is around a grand, a CZ 75B $525 or a little more. So if you're on a budget and want a great shooter, GET this gun.

I got an exceptional deal on this pistol from Bud's during one their year end Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales. Thank you Bud's! The pistol was shipped to my local FFL dealer very quickly. I ran 125 rounds from two different manufacturers through it last week and it performed flawlessly. Not one jam or FTE and it was a pleasure to shoot. I also showed the pistol to a friend who is a big fan of CZ firearms and he was very impressed with the fit, finish and function of the Canik. I would buy another Canik and can definitely recommend this pistol if you are looking for a full sized, easy to shoot pistol with a high capacity magazine.. I have also recommended Bud's to several friends. Again, thank you Bud's!

Gun arrived in a timely manner, a plus considering it was the week of Christmas. Buying and setting up transfer to my local FFL went very smooth. Gun arrived in excellent condition. Fit and finish are excellent, with no noticeable blemishes. Gave a quick cleaning and I am chomping at the bit to get to the range. Very pleased with Buds! (And Red Dot Arms of Lake Villa, IL)

First off I recently received this firearm for the amazingly low price of $99, as part of a promotion deal Bud's was offering, which in my opinion is a steal. The gun weighs just over two pounds and has almost a five inch barrel, making the recoil almost non-existent(this has got to be one of the smoothest shooting nines I have ever fired), the fit and finish on the firearm was well above par, accuracy out of the box was impeccable, this gun was so hungry it ate any ammo I could feed it (over 200 rounds without a single malfunction of any sort), and to top it all off Buds had this gun at my FFL within four days which is awesome, especially considering this was Christmas week. So in summary BUY THIS GUN!!!! The quality is AMAZING!! Buds is AMAZING!! You truly can't go wrong.

I recieved this CANIK S-120 as part of a Bud's Gunshop Promotion, and I am extremely impressed with both the pistol and Bud's service. One week earlier, I also received a new SIG and when comparing the two new 9mm guns, I find both are of very high quality, and workmanship. I was expecting the SIG to outshne the CANIK in most aspects, but was very pleased with what I now have. I was able to literally shoot a sub 2" group 'right-out-of-the-box' with both guns. Take-down of the Canik S-120 was quick and the 17+1 sure beats the 5 rounds of 38 special in my little revolver. My wife much prefers our 1911 over everything else in my inventory, but she now likes the new CANIK just as much (and with double the number of rounds in the magazine, it realy becomes fun). I am now looking at upgrading my reloading capabilties to a large progressive press to accomodate the increased volume of rounds I am sending down range... Again, I am VERY impressed with the CANIK S-120!

I received this gun in 3 business days during the Christmas season. Excellent service from Bud's and UPS. I really like the Canik. Fit and finish are excellent, it seems to be a well made firearm. I got it at Black Friday pricing, so I'm estatic! I would definitly buy Canik products again.

This is a very nice gun. I've been looking at a CZ-75 for a very long time, but I always just held off and waited. Well, I'm glad I did! Picked up this bad boy when it was on sale and I definitely don't regret it. Fit and finish is easily on par with my Sig P250, S&W M&P9, and my friend's SIG 1911 Scorpion. The finish is nice and consistent, everything is machined well, and boy, is this thing reliable! I shot defensive ammo, steel case, aluminum case, brass case, all of it. I even have some really, really bad reloads from a local shop that give my friend's Glock 19 failures to eject and failures to feed constantly. This gun? Shot every round flawlessly. If you want CZ-75 quality and reliability but wish to save some green, this is absolutely a fantastic option. The only downside I can think of is that some CZ sights do require a little fitting in order to work perfectly. That said, the stock sights are perfectly fine, and with some luminescent paint, should make good night sights. Get one soon before they creep up in price!

I'm impressed! Shoots great. Reliable and accurate. Represents value for the dollar. I would be remiss if I left Bud's out of the equation. As usual they ROCK!!!!!

Received in two business days. Fired 30 rounds without cleaning at 20 yards. Shot 15 rounds, a little low, but was very accurate. shot 15 rounds rapid fire, no fte or ftf. Great finish, very close tolerances on slide to frame fit. No complaints here. Bud's was fast, and the gun was flawless.

I've been admiring the CZ75 for a year or two but never made the purchase. Since they're not that easy to find at the moment I jumped on the Canik S-120. I'm not disappointed. If feels solid and well built and is easy to disassemble and clean. After four trips to the range and exactly 250 flawless rounds fired I'm happy I made the buy and saved a little cash over the CZ75. I've never shot the CZ75, but I can't imagine it's vastly superior to the S-120. My wife owns a CZ83 and they make a great handgun, so I know CZ quality and my Canik is equal or close. As far as service, I placed an order on a Sunday night and the Canik was in my hands by Thursday. Five stars all around.

Buds shipping was fast and the price was great. Was lucky enough to compare side by side with a CZ75 they had in the store, and I will say it was hard to tell them apart just by first glance. The fit and finish was second to none. I've handled some of the other well known clones out there and this is by far the best IMO. Everything functions as it should. I do believe they test fire them at the factory as my barrel was a little dirty. All in all a great buy if your looking for a great clone to suffice for the real deal. Have not had a chance to take it to the range will update if possible when I do go. I would buy again in the future.

I picked up my Canik 55 on the 29th of march. I am very pleased with it. I believe it to be every bit as good as it is advertized.Fit and finish are great. I have never had a PolyCoat finished gun and I wasn't sure if I would like it. But it turns out I'm delighted with it, another feature that I like is the slide and frame have markings on them to line up for breakdown ....No fumbling trying to remove or install pin. Would I like to have a CZ 75? Sure I would. but for far less money I got the Canik and I can't say anything bad about it. I feel I got a great value and with normal care I feel I will get years of reliable service from it. Thanks again! I am very pleased. Brian N.

I would like to thank Buds for thier great staff, and service. My whole experiance was great with buds. I traded a revolver in on this pistol and turn around was fast. the gun arrived at my ffl dealer with in a few days. picked up my new canik field stripped it and went and put 100 rounds through her. shoots very good right out of the box. my wife could even hit the target at 20yards inthe bulls eye. thanks Buds for everything.

This is a good pistol, but it does not have the same "feel" as the original CZ 75. I had a few FTE's when first breaking-in the pistol, but the problem did not persist. The finish and trigger are both quite good, but again not the same as my beloved CZ 75bd. And the S120 comes with grips that don't feel good in my hands and look a bit squirrely to boot. Not sure why they didn't just copy CZ's superb grip design. Overall a decent deal, but the original CZ doesn't cost a whole lot more than this clone and I consider the original to be better overall value for $$$.
