Picked this li'l' guy up yesterday and took it to the range. My first Taurus pistol and I LOVE it! Fired 9rds Winchester(known to be good ammo, wasn't worried about jams) and over 120rds of Remington from the bulk pack(said to FTF/FTE every now and then) with the help of a Gander Mountain associate(Who was totally awesome btw) - No jams or malfunctions. Well I did notice that if you insert the magazine with over 8 rounds(I put in 9 rounds excluding the one in the barrel) in it, and you have the barrel open, the slide will pop off(Me and the range guy had a blast trying to figure it out), but the slide is easy to reattach. Accuracy-wise this little guy impressed the associate who put a magazine in a diamond(about 2" in diameter) from 15 feet away. I personally got a nice 4" group myself @20 feet. The gun does not have an illuminated front sight so it makes it harder to aim. The associate recommended putting lure paint on the front sight, which I am going to do! My last suggestion is that you clean it and disassemble/reassemble the slide before you take it to the range to prevent any down time. Fantastic little pistol! Thanks again to the Gander Mountain associate and Buds for great service!
