Bud's got this to me reasonably quick despite the craziness going on right now. Unfortunately the product I received was not remotely close to what I paid for it...in fact I'm going to go so far as to say it was defective.
I have a plain Jane stock 10/22 and thought about getting a different stock to seat it in. I saw that this had a folding stock and it was configured in a similar way to my Mini-14 which has ATI furniture. So I thought it'd make a good trainer and also the folding stock would make it easier for storage or even indoors defense. When I got the stock, I began putting it together, but found the instructions--and even the online video for the product--to be both lacking and in one instance I think even erroneous. As I tried to assemble the stock, some of the screws for it would not properly seat or wouldn't even screw in. The erroneous part of the instructions appears to be for the main nut to hold the locking screw for the buffer tube to the folding part of the stock. It says to put it on the upper part of the folding part, but the screw for it doesn't reach up from the bottom far enough to actually reach the nut....so....yeah.
There are other issues. The screws for the cheek riser don't want to screw in. The main screw that helps clamp the cheek riser mount also won't screw in for some reason. The biggest issue is that the instructions say to hold onto to the takedown screw for the 10/22 to insert into the ATI stock....the takedown screw on my 10/22 is captive to the stock and can't come out. So even after all of that....I can't even get the 10/22 secured into the main body of the stock....yeah won't be buying anything else like this again.
