I pocket carried this gun for 2 years. This is my second Taurus and I am happy with it. I don't like the long heavy trigger but it is very reliable.

Runs great with FMJ and the ergonomics are nice. I had to try out a few hollow points to see what would function or I would have given it five stars.

Great compact and easy to hide handgun. Weights almost nothing and I have an extra magazine for it. I purchased hollow points to maximize the stopping power and very reliable gun. I have fired several hundred rounds already and it is always with me when I go out and no one knows I have. You never know in today's world, what is waiting out there for you and this is strong enough to make a impact.

Interesting 380 micro pistol. Worked super well with clean ammo. Can't beat the price! Very close defense weapon.

I have really enjoyed this gun. I have run over 500 rounds of various brands of ammo through it and it has worked flawlessly. Great pocket gun, easy to conceal. Highly recommend for a backup gun or if you need something for deep carry.

I bought this gun for a small compact carry gun that would fit in my coat pocket. It fits that bill to a "T". It has a trigger pull that is kind of stiff, but it has been reliable and accurate for it's intended purpose. Anyone looking for a deep cover carry gun and on a tight budget should consider this gun.

Disassembled it to see if it needs lubing, was fairly clean and lightly oiled. Managed to put a mild kink in the recoil spring when reassembling. It is the longest spring in relationship to the recoil rod length I have encountered. Contacted Taurus via their website and wanted to know how to buy a couple of extra springs. Never received a response.
Tried to dry fire it with snap caps and had several jams. Finally seemed to work OK. Took it to the range and got multiple misfeeds and jams; managed to get 9 shots before completely giving up. Sent a repair request to Taurus via their website. After three days, no response from them. Called them and got through on the 2nd try after 23 minutes on hold. Sent me a FedEx return label via email. Package off to repair facility.
Do not have any confidence in the gun at the present time. Will see how it goes when it is returned to me. A very lousy start for a new purchase and my first experience with Taurus.

A local store wanted $280. For the same pistol and I got Two for the same price. Great little gun and fits in my cellphone holster.

Perfect size for conceal carry, light weight and a great price

The positive reviews on you tube I watched before buying my Spectum were correct. Everything about it is pleasant. Recoil is much tamer for practice than my Ruger .380 LCP. Rubber grips feel good and allow me to carry inside the waistband without a holster and it disappears just forward of the hip bone. The trigger is easily the best double action Iv'e ever used on an affordable auto. Clip springs are almost too strong to load easily and if you have Arthritis in you off hand you will have difficulty with the slide as it's quite strong and the slide grip is difficult to hold and pull even with the rubber pads. And it's pretty.
I bought it so I would have something to use and throw in a storm drain when I visit relatives in communist countries like New Jersey. Now I find myself getting a crush on it so it will be hard to throw away.

I bought this for a backup. It's shoots good, accurate at 12 yards. I wont need it farther than that. The only thing I can see is the magazine lock needs attention when inserting a mag. Make sure it locks a little practice and it locks every time. I like the trigger on this even though it is a little long. It is only double action. I don't think it is too hard and mine is a smooth pull. You are the safety no chance of a searer failure.

This was my first time purchasing a firearm online and my first experience dealing with Buds. I'm still a little old school, and get a bit nervous with online purchases, but was surprised how simple the process actually was. I ordered my spectrum on a Monday evening, and received a call from my FFL the following Thursday, around noon, letting me know that he already had my firearm! I'll definitely be making other purchases from Bud's in the near future!
As for the Spectrum, I have only ran 50 rounds of Mag Tech FMJ's through it, and had zero issues with feeding, stove piping, etc. I have some meaty hands, and have no problem firing/operating the weapon, it fits my hand better than the Lcp or bodyguard. With the double action only trigger, it's exactly what I was looking for in my pocket pistol, especially at this price! 100% positive experience!

I read a lot of reviews before ordering my Spectrum 380, after receiving it and using it I am totally pleased. I have large hands but this small Spectrum ACP was very easy to handle and great grip,. Have only fired about 50 rounds but experienced no failures. I would recommend HIGHLY great gun great price!

A friend had his new Taurus Spectrum at our range and I liked the looks of it. It was all smooth and round, no sharp edges anywhere. He asked if I wanted to shoot it. Of course, I did. It was very accurate and wasn't nearly as snappy as my LCR. I've never been a huge fan of Taurus products but for the price, I ordered one.
When it came I was happy to see that it came with 2 magazines, a big plus considering the price. I ran ball and hollow point ammo through it without the first problem. The slide even holds open after the last round in the magazine. I'm liking this thing better than my LCP!
Another friend was with me and said he wanted one. So, I ordered 2 more of them, one for him, another one for me. He is very happy with his, as well. I did experience what I thought were light primer strikes and had to use the second strike capability of the little gun, As it turns out, it was the ammo. I had one box of SIG ammo and all of the problems came from that one box. No problems with Fiocchi, S&B, Speer, or Federal ammo.
This is a whole lot of gun for the money!

Great little pistol for the price. I have large hands and I can comfortably shoot it with the longer magazine. You can't beat it for a cheap backup or pocket pistol.

I am absolutely loving this gun. It's easy to shoot with very little recoil. I have small hands and the Spectrum fits comfortably, I can shoot with one hand, no problem. Put it in my pocket and I'm good to go!
No one can convince me that this .380 loaded with defensive rounds will not stop the bad guy at close range.
I live in New York, not a gun friendly state, so we're expected to run and hide if we can anyway. 😜
To sum up... No problems after 400 rounds, very little recoil & fits in my pocket and I would trust it if I needed it. Oh, and I like the look of it too.

My wife absolutely loves this weapon. It shoots great, very functional, and very high quality for the money.

Just got my Taurus Spectrum today and I was quite surprised. Thought it was kind of ugly in the picture but it’s really not that bad in person. Anyways bought it because of the price and it shoots great and I don’t get “slide bite” on my thumb like my beretta tomcat likes to do . Great gun for the money. Buds price is unbeatable

For the price its the perfect pocket puppy shoots straight @ 25 yards easy to conceal with great little bite with self defense ammo

I will never buy a Taurus product again.

Ordered this on sunday and got it wed. the gun feels good in the hand with little recoil. very fine quality for the cost. racking is a little tight but may loosen up with use. Buds was easy to deal with, my second firearm from them, both without any problems. little hard to get in touch with them except via e- mail, could not get them on the phone but did respond promptly to all my e -mails with the answers I needed. would recommend both the gun and Buds.

This gun is excellent. It fires ,ejects with no problems aftr 500 rds.I have the new ruger 380 and the smith & wesson 380 and this spectrum is as good or better
than both of those guns.This spectrum fits your hand much better and recoil is very manageable. It was delievered in 3 days from Buds. You cant beat buds for service
and price.
