Gun shoots great, very accurate. Had to get it bore sighted first, then sighted in no problem. I will say I don't like the new style clip release on the clip. Going to be a great bore and deer hunting gun.

I wanted a semiautomatic rifle in .308 / 7.62 mm, but didn't want to take out a loan to get one, and the Remington 750 fit the bill. The gun has decent build quality for the price, and the only nit to pick with the gun is that the edges of the charging/bolt lever need to be smoothed out with a Dremel tool as it has sharp, unfinished corners that tend to dig into my hand when charging the weapon. That gets old after a half dozen mag changes... I mounted a Nikon Prostaff 3-9x40 for an inexpensive semi auto rifle/scope combo that shoots accurately. Overall very pleased with the gun, and recommend it to someone who wants an inexpensive semiauto rifle. COMMENT - The 750 feeds reliably with the factory mags and half a dozen different ammo brands, but I wanted more capacity, so picked up several 10 round Triple K aftermarket mags. Those mags caused major feeding problems, caused by the rear mag catch lug placing the mag too low in the receiver. There is a YouTube video of a fix that requires a spot weld on the magazine and some judicious "filing to fit" the mag catch to the receiver... Certainly not a fault of the weapon, but worth a heads up for shooters looking for additional capacity magazines. YouTube link for repair - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_edscUWmnrw

Just got the rifle today and so far I've only shot 5 rds. out of it but I am very impressed. Shoots like a 20ga. with bird shot. My 11 yr. old son handled it like a champ. It's light, fast and smooth. The only things I really didn't care for was the mag release is a real bugger and should be extended and the bolt hold open feature is all in the mag so removing an empty mag with the bolt open is ridiculously difficult. I will probably invest in some older 7400 series mags. Good investment for hunting, way less than a BAR. This is the first time I have had any contact with Bud's CS and I have to give them 5 stars. Excellent experience
