I am updating from my previous post on 10/5/2009. I said something about Beretta's warranty, after a few weeks of owning the gun I noticed the front sight locked deformed, so I put the gun in the dark to charge the Superluminova sights and the front one would not charge like it should. I called Beretta and they told me to take and paint the sights. The customer rep also told me that I would have to pay for shipping one way plus pay for the upgraded sights. O.K I did not mind paying for the difference in the upgraded sights, but the shipping and the upgrade price would cost me the same if I just bought the Trijicon sights to begin with. I called Beretta back several months later hoping that someone else would understand that the gun left their factory with a defective front sight, the customer service rep said they would not take care of the problem. I told them that I would never buy another Beretta again and huge up, I also emailed them no response. So be for warned. Beretta gave me the impression that they don’t care about their customers. I should not have to pay for their defect, other companies that I have dealt with pay shipping and handling both ways and taken care of the problem. If you can get Beretta to take care of the problem you will have to pay shipping one way.
