What else can I say? It's a damn good shotgun that you can drive tacks with if you needed to. Buy once, cry once.

The picture is a little misleading, there is no extension on the magazine tube. Rather it is a seamless extended magazine tube, with the barrel ring farther down the barrel. So still a 7 round capacity, but that means no exchange between 835 barrels. I’m still happy though, cuz it’s much nicer that way. Overall, super happy with my purchase. My third purchase from buds, and not my last.

Amazing shotgun. The 18.5 inch barrel is perfect and solid. This slightly shorter barre option feels more balanced to me. This is also the only 590A1 that comes with the choke system. No need to go choke your gun after you get it because this one is ready to go if you want that tighter spread.

Its my favorite gun to shoot. Very sturdy shotgun.

The 50774 has proven to be a solid performer after the addition of the Magpul SGA stock, thus I ordered another to keep around the homestead.

Nice shotgun. When I was in the Army we carried the earlier version of these. Well constructed, heavy duty, and operates smoothly after a hundred or so rounds through it. It's really beefy and if it holds up to abuse like the ones we had in the service will last a long, long time. The high weight helps soak up recoil, it's reasonably accurate (for its barrel length and lack of choke) and plenty of fun to shoot. Not a huge fan of the rear peep sight, but that's easily changed. Overall a nice gun at a reasonable price.

This is a great shotgun. Reliable, durable, good sights, short, and has screw in chokes. The only thing I can think that could improve this shotgun is a slightly shorter length of pull for me which is easily corrected. I might have to buy another to put away in case Mossberg decides to quit making them and mine falls in the lake...
