I received the gun with a broken plug in the magazine which caused the spring to bind up. I called mossberg who sent a new plug and spring free of charge. Great pattern if not the best I've seen. Buyers need to know that this gun shoots only 3 & 3.5 shells. Great auto loader for the money.
