Sig Sauer MOS-22-B Mosquito 10+1 22LR 3.9"
[MOS22B]
$5,505.00
by Jonathan P Date Added: Tuesday 21 September, 2010
I purchased this gun in January 2010 from Buds. Its a blast to shoot and works well with the right ammo. I have had no problem with the gun, except as the result of cheap, inadequate ammo. Sig recommends CCi Mini-Mags, which work fine. However, it works well with other less expensive ammo, if you buy high-velocity (at least 1280fps) ammo. I have found that the Remington Golden-Bullets work as well as the CCI's and can often be found for under $20 for 550 rounds. The Federal Value-Pack HV (1260FPS) are dismal. The Winchester value-pack (1280fps) work pretty well. Lower velocity rounds simply won't cycle the action and become very frustrating. I have a Walther PPK/S that I love. However, when I go shooting, I will put 200 rounds through the Sig, while only putting a couple mags through the Walther, simply due to the cost savings. Have fun.
