I took this gun to the range on the same day I picked it up. I usually strip a new gun down, wipe off excess oil, and check for abnormalities and fit (tight tolerances), but I was in a rush so I just rolled the dice and took my chances. Extremely happy with the way it felt and handled out of the box. It fed every make of ammo I had with no issues. It shot just as good as my Kimber, for a lot less cash!
