The wheel gun arrived promptly from Bud's and I quickly determined it to be precisely what I had ordered: an inexpensive .357 Mag snubbie, well suited to concealed carry.
A number of other reviews have mentioned the relatively sharp finish to the barrel tip, and it is quite sharp. If this we were a more expensive gun, I would consider that to be an issue. however, at this price point, it simply doesn't matter.
After a thorough cleaning and lube, I took it to a local range where I found it to be quite accurate at 3 and 7 yards. First shot, and all following shots, were in the black. SA trigger pull is clean with little to no take-up. In double action, I noticed very minor stacking, or resistance points, as the trigger was pulled but it breaks cleanly and I do not consider it to be a problem.
The weight of the gun and the size/shape of the grip mitigates the recoil, but a .357. Mag snubbie is not a gun you will want to shoot all day just for fun. I had recently purchased an LCP II in .380, and the recoil on that smaller gun is sharper and more uncomfortable than the Windicator.
The cylinder locks up well All internal machined parts are well finished. The bluing is of good quality. In short, the Windicator is a great value and a lot of gun for the money.
